ՌԴ-ում նոր մոբիլիզացիա կհայտարարվի՞

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Կուրսկի, Լիպեցկի շրջաններում ակտիվ մարտերը շարունակվում են: 2.5 տարվա ընթացքում առաջին անգամ Ուկրաինայի ԶՈՒ-ին հաջողվեց գործողություններ իրականացնել հենց ՌԴ տարածքում։
Մի քանի շաբաթ է, ինչ լարված իրավիճակ է Բելգորոդի մարզում, ինչի հետևանքով կան զոհեր ու տասնյակ վիրավորներ։ Ավելի վաղ մարզպետ Վյաչեսլավ Գլադկովը հայտնել էր, որ Բելգորոդի մարզում ու Բելգորոդ քաղաքում գործարկվել են ՀՕՊ համակարգեր։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինայի ԶՈւ-ն կիրառել է Vampire համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգ։ Արձակված արկերի մեծ մասը հաջողվել է խոցել։
Ի՞նչ զարգացումներ սպասել ՌԴ-Ուկրաինա պատերազմական թատերաբեմում, արդյո՞ք դրանք կբերեն նոր մոբիլիզացիայի ՌԴ-ում. այս և այլ հարցերի շուրջ MediaHub-ը զրուցեց ռուս քաղաքագետ Վիկտոր Սապրիկայի հետ:
«Իրոք, իրավիճակը շարունակում է լարված մնալ։ Այսինքն՝ Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերը հարձակվում են խաղաղ օբյեկտների վրա, գնդակոծվում են դպրոցները, կրակի են ենթարկվում եկեղեցիները, սկզբունքորեն՝ կրոնական տարածքները։ Եվ, իհարկե, նման պայմաններում աշխատելը շատ դժվար է։ Շատ դպրոցներ անցել են հեռավար կրթության։ Կան գյուղեր, որոնց բնակիչները այժմ գտնվում են ժամանակավոր կացարաններում։ Մենք հիանալի հասկանում ենք, որ Ուկրաինան, ոչ մի հաջողություն չունենալով ո՛չ Դոնեցկի, ո՛չ Կուրսկի ուղղությամբ, տարբերակներ է փնտրում իր արևմտյան գործընկերներին իր ռազմական հզորությունը ցույց տալու համար»,- ասաց Սապրիկան։
Ըստ ռուս քաղաքագետի՝ Զելենսկին ոչ լեգիտիմ է, նրա լիազորություններն ավարտվել են մայիսին, նա այժմ բարեփոխում է իր կառավարությունը և ունի հսկայական թվով պաշտոնանկություններ նախարարների շրջանում։
«Հարձակումներ են իրականացվում խաղաղ բնակչության վրա՝ վախեցնելու, դժգոհություն սերմանելու և, ըստ էության, Ուկրաինայի բնակչությանը ցույց տալու համար, թե կան որոշակի հաղթանակներ, բայց ուկրաինական բանակը դրանք ներկայումս չունի։ Կարծում եմ, որ Ուկրաինայի ոչ լեգիտիմ կառավարության այս ջանքերն ուղղված են արևմտյան գործընկերների և, ըստ էության, ԱՄՆ-ի համար իմիջ ստեղծելուն, որպեսզի օգնությունը և զենքի մատակարարումները չդադարեն և որպեսզի շարունակվի հակամարտության սրումը»,- նշեց նա։
Իսկ հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք այս ամենի ֆոնին հնարավոր է Ռուսաստանում նոր մոբիլիզացիա հայտարարվի, ռուս քաղաքագետը նշեց՝ չի կարծում, թե մոբիլիզացիա կլինի։ Սապրիկայի խոսքով, Կուրսկի դեպքերից հետո կամավորների մեծ հոսք է նկատվում, Բելգորոդում, Կուրսկում, Բրյանսկում ստեղծվել են տարածքային ինքնապաշտպանական ստորաբաժանումներ, նաև գնդեր, որոնք անմիջականորեն մասնակցելու են հատուկ ռազմական գործողություններին։
«Այսօր միայն մեկ հրթիռային վտանգ կար։ Անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի հարձակումները շարունակվում են տարբեր քաղաքներում: Երբ, ինչպես արդեն ասացի, մարտի դաշտում հաջողություն չի լինում, ապա փորձում են ոչնչացնել խաղաղ բնակչությանը և վախ սերմանել խաղաղ բնակչության մեջ»,- եզրափակեց Սապրիկան։
