Շուրջ 38 տոննա կանեփ, 21 կիլոգրամ կակաչ, զինամթերք և այլն․ «Կանեփ-կակաչ-2024» միջոցառումն է ավարտվել

«Կանեփ-կակաչ-2024» համալիր օպերատիվ-կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումն ավարտվեց օգոստոսի 31-ին: Ամենամյա այս միջոցառումն անցկացվում է բույսերի աճման և զարգացման շրջանում։
Շուրջ մեկ ամիս տևած միջոցառումը համակարգում էր Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունը: Միջոցառման նպատակը Հայաստանում շրջանառությունն արգելված թմրամիջոցներ պարունակող նյութերի, ինչպես նաև վայրի աճած բույսերի հայտնաբերումն ու այրման միջոցով ոչնչացումն է, թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեպքերի կանխումը, հայտնաբերումը և բացահայտումը:
Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են ոստիկանության գրեթե բոլոր ստորաբաժանումները։
Հայտնաբերվել և այրման միջոցով ոչնչացվել է շուրջ 38 տոննա կանեփի և 21 կիլոգրամ կակաչի վայրի աճած զանգված: Բացի այդ, միջոցառման շրջանակում իրականացված զննությունների և խուզարկությունների արդյունքում 76 տնամերձ հողամասերից հայտնաբերվել է կանեփի մոտ երեք հազար բույս։ Արձանգրվել է հանցագործության 215 դեպք, որոնցով ապօրինի շրջանառությունից առգրավվել են ավելի քան 21 կգ մարիխուանա, 49 կգ կանեփ, 62 գրամ ափիոն, մոտ 22 դեզոմորֆին, 4 կգ-ից ավելի մեթամֆետամին, 21,5 մլ մեթադոն, մոտ 13 գրամ հաշիշի յուղ, 65 գրամ սփայս և տարբեր տեսակի հոգեմետ 52 դեղահաբ։
Միջոցառման ընթացքում, թմրամիջոցների հայտնաբերմանը զուգահեռ, հայտնաբերվել կամ բացատրական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ ոստիկանություն է հանձնվել տարբեր տեսակի զենք և զինամթերք` 6 ինքնաձիգ, 11 նռնակ, նռնակի 12 պայթուցիչ, 29 պահունակ, 7 ատրճանակ, 13 հրացան, 3 պայթուցիչ, և տարբեր տրամաչափերի 4975 փամփուշտ։
Միջոցառման շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է ՀՀ և այլ երկրների քրեական օրենսգրքերի տարբեր հովածների հատկանիշներով հետախուզվող 103 անձ։
Թեև ավարտվեց «Կանեփ-կակաչ-2024» միջոցառումը, սակայն ոստիկանությունը չի պատրաստվում թուլացնել ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառության դեմ պայքարի տեմպերը։
Հանցագործությունների կանխման, նախականխման և բացահայտման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները շարունակվում են։
