Աշտարակի խճուղուց կնոջ էին առևանգել․ նոր մանրամասներ

2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 4-ին՝ ժամը 14:58-ին, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունում ահազանգ, ապա նաև հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում, երկու անձինք Երևան քաղաքի Աշտարակի խճուղի 7/2 հասցեից՝ մի կնոջ, առանց վերջինիս կամքը հաշվի առնելու, նստեցրել են «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա և տարել անհայտ ուղղությամբ:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 4-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 191-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետի և 453-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբին։
Նույն օրը կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի արդյունքում վերցվել են տարածքը տեսանկարահանող սարքերի՝ դեպքին վերաբերելի տեսագրությունները և զննության ենթարկվել։ Հարցաքննվել են դեպքին ականատես անձինք։
Ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ տուժողն իր հարազատների հետ «Սան Մարկո» լողավազանում գտնվելու ընթացքում նրանց են մոտեցել սև հագուստով, ամբողջությամբ ծածկված և դիմակավորված երկու անձինք, ներկայացել որպես Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակից։ Սկսել են խոսել կնոջ հետ, որի ընթացքում նրան արագ լողավազանի տարածքից տեղափոխել են ավտոկայանատեղի և այնտեղից ավտոմեքենայով հեռացել նշված վայրից։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում ինչպես տուժողին, այնպես էլ՝ առերևույթ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձանց հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
