Ադրբեջանական խոսույթում վերջին շրջանում տեղ գտած այն մոտեցումը, թե ՀՀ զինված ուժերի և սպառազինության մատակարարումների վրա պետք է սահմանափակումներ դրվի, պետք է դիտարկել որպես Հայաստանի գլխին իջեցված հերթական նախապայման: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Այն, որ Հայաստանն այլընտրանք չունի և ցանկացած իշխանության դեպքում պետք է մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել պաշտպանական խնդիրներին, այդ թվում` սպառազինության, զինտեխնիկայի գնումներին, նույնիսկ քննարկման ենթակա էլ չէ (գործող իշխանության գործոնը դեռ մի կողմ դրած):
Այն, որ միջազգային իրավունքի և ընկալման տեսանկյունից, Հայաստանի քայլերը հասկացված են` հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ կեցվածքն ու գեներացվող ատելությունը, դա ևս քննարկելի չէ:
Այս ամենը հասկանում են նաև Բաքվում, սակայն փորձում են օգտագործել ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների դեմ բազմիցս խաղարկված մտրակի քաղաքականությունը` Հայաստանի շուրջ օղակն առավելագույնս սեղմելու և ոտքի կանգնելու շանսից զրկելու համար», - գրել է նա:
