Բաքուն նոր կեղտոտ շոու է բեմադրում Հայաստանի և Արցախի դեմ

Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազ Քամրան Ալիևը հայտնել է, որ Բաքվի կողմից առևանգված և բանտում պահվող Արցախի նախկին և ներկա պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ հարուցված շինծու քրեական գործերի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, առաջիկայում նյութերը կփոխանցվեն դատարան։ «Քրեական գործի նյութերին ծանոթանում են ինչպես մեղադրյալները, այնպես էլ տուժողները։ Այս քրեական գործով տուժողները շատ են։ Բոլոր քննչական միջոցառումներն իրականացնելուց հետո գործը կուղարկվի դատարան՝ ըստ էության քննելու համար, միջազգային չափանիշներին և Ադրբեջանի քրեական օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան»,- ասել է Ալիևը։
Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի վրա սեպտեմբերի 19-ի ռազմական հարձակման հետևանքով 16 անձ է գերեվարվել։ Գերեվարվածների շարքում են նաև արցախցի ութ պաշտոնյաները՝ նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանը, Բակո Սահակյանը, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը, նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, Պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանը, ՊԲ հրամանատարի նախկին տեղակալ Դավիթ Մանուկյանը և նախկին արտգործնախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանը: Բաքուն նրանց ծանր մեղադրանքներ է առաջադրել։
Այս տարվա հունիսին Բաքուն հայտարարեց այս գործերով հետաքննության ավարտի մասին։ Այդ դատավարությունը հոգեբանական ծանրագույն հետևանքներ է ունենալու Հայաստանի վրա, ամիսներ շարունակ Բաքվում պահվող հայ գերիները ենթարկվել են անմարդկային ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան խոշտանգումների, և չի բացառվում, որ դատարանում ցուցմունքներ տան ընդդեմ Հայաստանի, վարկաբեկիչ տեղեկություններ հայտնեն։ Բաքվի «իրավապահ» համակարգն այդ մասին, հաստատապես, հոգացել է։ Հենց գերիների կազմը վկայում է, որ Ադրբեջանն ի սկզբանե նման սցենար է գծել։ Արցախի նախկին երեք նախագահներ, նախկին պետքարտուղար, ԱԺ նախագահ ու ԱԳ նախարար, ՊԲ հրամանատար ու նրա տեղակալը, մարդիկ են, որոնք մեծ տեղեկությունների են տիրապետում։
Ադրբեջանն այդկերպ նաև փորձելու է ազդել ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վրա, ճնշում գործադրել։ Այս իմաստով չափազանց կարևոր է հաշվի առնել, որ այդ մարդիկ պատանդներ են, որոնք գտնվում են թշնամու ձեռքում, իսկ նրանց որևէ հայտարարություն չպետք է ընդունել հալած յուղի տեղ։
