Ռուսաստանը երբեք չի հրաժարվել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև բանակցային գործընթացում «ազնիվ միջնորդի» իր դերից. այս մասին odkb-info.org-ին հարցազրույցում ասել է ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ դրա վառ ապացույցն են Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի վերջին շփումները գործընկերների հետ, մասնավորապես՝ օգոստոսի 18-19-ին նրա պետական այցն Ադրբեջան և դրանից հետո ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հեռախոսազրույցները, որոնց ընթացքում քննարկվել են հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման հարցերը:
«Դրական արդյունքի հասնելու համար Ռուսաստանն ունի անհրաժեշտ փորձ, նյութեր (այդ թվում՝ քարտեզագրական) և համապատասխան հեղինակություն տարածաշրջանում։ Ավելին, ի տարբերություն «հավաքական Արևմուտքի», մենք Հարավային Կովկասը չենք դիտարկում որպես որևէ մեկի հետ «առճակատման գոտի»: Համաշխարհային մեծամասնության երկրներն արդեն հստակ հասկանում են տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների իրական նպատակը՝ տարածաշրջանը վերածել Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի առճակատման ևս մեկ ասպարեզի, վնաս հասցնել մեր երկրի շահերին ամեն կերպ և ամեն գնով, նույնիսկ մարդկային կյանքերի», - ասել է Կոպիրկինը։
Ըստ ՌԴ դեսպանի՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրի մշակման հարցում ռուսական կողմի մոտեցումը մնում է անփոփոխ, քանի որ դա արձանագրված է Պուտինի կողմից ստորագրված փաստաթղթում։
«Իհարկե, մեր օգնության ծավալն ու ձևերը պետք է ընդունելի լինեն կողմերից յուրաքանչյուրի համար: Ձեռք բերված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածություններին համահունչ՝ Մոսկվան հաջողությամբ հարթակ է տրամադրել խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի շուրջ բանակցությունների համար։ Կրկին շեշտեմ, որ մենք պատրաստ ենք դա անել ապագայում։ Մենք երաշխավորում ենք երկու պատվիրակությունների աշխատանքի համար առավել հարմարավետ պայմանների ստեղծումն իրենց նախընտրած երկկողմ ձևաչափով», - ասել է Կոպիրկինը։
ՌԴ դեսպանը հավելել է, որ Մոսկվայի երկու դաշնակիցների միջև հավասարակշռված խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքումը ՌԴ-ն համարում է անբաժանելի անվտանգության և կայուն սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման ճարտարապետության կառուցման անփոխարինելի նախապայման։
«Մենք հույս ունենք, որ առկա տարաձայնությունները շուտափույթ լուծում կստանան և հաջող առաջընթաց կբերի հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման այլ ոլորտներում՝ ամենաբարձր մակարդակով եռակողմ պայմանավորվածություններին համապատասխան», - եզրափակել է նա:
