Հայաստանը մասնակցելու է ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի, ինչպես նաև ԱՊՀ-ի ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովներին։ Փոխարտգործնախարար Մնացական Սաֆարյանն է հաստատել տեղեկությունը։ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտնել է, թե Հաղթանակի 80-ամյակի կապակցությամբ մայիսին Մոսկվայում կայանալիք շքերթի նախօրեին ծրագրվում է ԱՊՀ ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողով անցկացնել։

ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի գագաթնաժողովը նախատեսված է հոկտեմբերի 22-24-ը Կազանում։ Սա միջազգային հարթակ է, որի անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարները հավաքվում են տարեկան գագաթնաժողովներին և քննարկում են գլոբալ հիմնահարցերն ու փոխադարձ համագործակցությունը:

Տևական ժամանակ ՀՀ իշխանությունները հնարավորինս հեռու էին մնում ՀԱՊԿ-ի և ԱՊՀ-ի միջոցառումներից, հարկադրված մասնակցում ԵԱՏՄ գագաթնաժողովներին։ Վերջին շաբաթներին իրավիճակը, կարծես, փոխվել է, փաշինյանական իշխանությունն էլ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ուղի է ընտրել։

Պատահական չէ, որ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարել է, թե Ռուսաստանն ակնկալում է, որ Երևանը կվերսկսի լիարժեքորեն մասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ գործունեությանը։ «Ակնկալում ենք, որ Հայաստանի և ողջ տարածաշրջանի ապագա անվտանգության շահերից ելնելով՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ում մեր գործընկերությունը Հայաստանի հետ ամբողջությամբ կվերսկսվի»,- այսօր Վլադիվոստոկում՝ Արևելյան տնտեսական համաժողովի շրջանակներում անցկացված ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշել է Զախարովան։

Նրա խոսքով, - «Երևանը դե յուրե շարունակում է դաշինքի լիիրավ անդամ մնալ՝ պահպանելով բոլոր համապատասխան իրավունքներն ու պարտականությունները»։

«Այժմ, սակայն, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունն այդ համագործակցությունից հեռանալու քաղաքականություն է որդեգրել։ Դա, մեր կարծիքով, հակասում է հայ ժողովրդի շահերին», - ասել է Զախարովան։
