Մոնղոլիան բացատրել է՝ ինչու, Հռոմի ստատուտը ստորագրելով հանդերձ, չի ձերբակալել Պուտինին

Մոնղոլիայի իշխանությունները մեկնաբանել են Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի հրամանով ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ձերբակալելուց հրաժարվելը: Նրանք այդ քայլը բացատրել են երկրի էներգետիկ կախվածությամբ և քաղաքական չեզոքությամբ։ Այս մասին գրում է Politico-ն՝ հղում անելով երկրի կառավարության խոսնակի հայտարարությանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Մոնղոլիան իր նավթամթերքի 95 տոկոսը և էլեկտրաէներգիայի ավելի քան 20 տոկոսը ներմուծում է հարևան երկրներից։
«Այս մատակարարումները չափազանց կարևոր են մեր գոյության և մեր ժողովրդի գոյության ապահովման համար: Մոնղոլիան միշտ պահպանել է չեզոքության քաղաքականությունը իր բոլոր դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններում», - ասել է պաշտոնյան:
Այժմ Մոնղոլիան, որը ՄՔԴ անդամ լինելով հանդերձ չի կատարել դատարանի հրամանը, կարող է ենթարկվել պատասխանատվության:
Պուտինի Ուլան Բատոր այցից առաջ Եվրամիությունը, Ուկրաինան և միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունները, ինչպիսիք են Amnesty International-ը և Human Rights Watch-ը, կոչ են արել Մոնղոլիային կատարել ՄՔԴ-ի շրջանակում ստանձնած պարտավորությունները: Մինչդեռ, ըստ Bloomberg-ի, Մոնղոլիան վստահեցրել է Պուտինին, որ նրան չեն ձերբակալի։
Պուտինը Մոնղոլիա է այցելել երկրի նախագահ Ուխնաագին Խուրելսուխի հրավերով՝ մասնակցելու Խալխին Գոլ գետի վրա Ճապոնիայի զինված ուժերի դեմ խորհրդային և մոնղոլական զորքերի համատեղ հաղթանակի 85-ամյակին նվիրված հանդիսավոր միջոցառումներին։ Սա Ռուսաստանի նախագահի՝ ՄՔԴ-ի կողմից իր նկատմամբ ձերբակալման օրդեր արձակելուց ի վեր առաջին այցն է երկիր, որը ստորագրել է ՄՔԴ-ի Հռոմի ստատուտը։ Մոնղոլիան Հռոմի ստատուտը ստորագրել է 2000 թվականին և վավերացրել այն 2002 թվականին։
