Սիրելի՛ երևանցիներ, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին որոշում կայացնելու համար հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչպիսին կցանկանաք տեսնել Կասկադ համալիրը։ Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում երկու տարբերակ, որոնց նկարագրերը կտեսնեք այստեղ։

Կասկադ այգիներ

Ներկայիս Կասկադ համալիրի նախագծի գաղափարի հիմքում ընկած է քարի, ջրի և կանաչի համադրումը, ինչը պահպանվել է ներկայացվող ժամանակակից արվեստի թանգարանի հայեցակարգում։

Թանգարանի բացօթյա հարթակները հնարավորություն են ստեղծելու ունենալ դիտակետեր, որտեղից բացվելու են տեսարաններ դեպի Երևան քաղաքը, Արարատ լեռը, Մայր Հայաստանի արձանը և Հոկտեմբերյան հեղափոխության 50-ամյակի հուշարձանը։

Թանգարանի նախագծում ներառված են նաև ռեստորաններ, արվեստի, երաժշտության և կինոյի նոր մշակութային վայրեր, բացօթյա դահլիճներ և շատ այլ հանրային տարածքներ։

Թանգարանի կենտրոնով անցնող աստիճաններով և շարժասանդուղքներով ճանապարհը կապվելու է Հայաստանի կարևոր խորհրդանիշներին՝ այցելուներին փոխհարաբերության մեջ դնելով շրջակա լանդշաֆտի խորհրդանշական տարրերի հետ՝ ներառելով Հայաստանի պատմությունը համալիրի փորձառության մեջ:

Կասկադ մշակութային հանգույց

«Նոր Կասկադ» նախագիծը, ներկայիս Կասկադի գագաթին վեր խոյացած, տեկտոնական սալերից կազմված, վերացական Կասկադ ձևավորող մի եզակի կառուցվածք է ներկայացնում: Հորիզոնական դիրքով կառուցված տեռասների շարքը, կարծես թե, Կասկադի վերևում հորիզոնական գծերի թեթև խաղ լինի՝ ընդգրկելով հարակից թաղամասերը և նոր ծավալներ ավելացնելով քաղաքային բնապատկերին:

Նախագծով նախատեսվում է համալիրի անմիջական շրջապատի անտառների լայնածավալ վերականգնում, որը կանաչ տարածքների ընդլայնման միջոցով կնպաստի էկոլոգիական կայունությանը:

«Նոր Կասկադ» նախագիծը կազմված է հանրային անցումներից՝ լրացված տեռասներով, սրճարաններով և ռեստորաններով, որոնք էլ ստեղծելու են աշխույժ մթնոլորտ: Կենտրոնական հատվածում նախատեսվում է 1000 նստելատեղով համերգային և երաժշտական սրահ:

Այս նախագծի առանձնահատկություններից մեկը ժամանակակից արվեստի նոր կենտրոնն է՝ քաղաքին նայող իր ընդարձակ տեռասներով, որոնք լայն հնարավորություններ են բացում գեղարվեստական և մշակութային փոխանակման համար:
