Ռուսաստանում ուժի մեջ է մտել դպրոցում դասի ժամանակ բջջային հեռախոսների օգտագործման արգելքը

Ռուսաստանում կիրակի օրն ուժի մեջ է մտնում օրենք, ըստ որի՝ դպրոցականները չեն կարող բջջային հեռախոսներից օգտվել դասի ժամանակ։ Բացառություն են կազմում դպրոցականների և ուսուցիչների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը սպառնացող իրավիճակները և արտակարգ այլ դեպքեր: Գրում է 168․am-ը։
Ծնողների մոտ 87%-ը և ուսուցիչների 90%-ը կողմ են Ռուսաստանում դպրոցականների կողմից դասի ժամանակ բջջային հեռախոսների օգտագործման արգելքին։ Այս մասին են վկայում Superjob աշխատանքի որոնման ծառայության ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Հարցումը ցույց է տվել, որ դպրոցականների ծնողների 87%-ը կողմ է այս որոշմանը. «Սմարթֆոնը շեղում է ուշադրությունը։ Դասերին այն օգտագործելու կարիք չկա»։ Արգելքին դեմ է արտահայտվել հարցվածների միայն 5%-ը. «Հեռախոսում կարող են երեխայի համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող հավելվածներ լիել։ Օրինակ՝ գլյուկոզայի մակարդակի ստուգումը»:
Հստակեցվում է, որ յուրսքանչյուր 10 ուսուցչից 9-ը հավանություն են տալիս նորամուծությանը։ Հարցված ուսուցիչների 6%-ը դժվարացել է պատասխանել՝ կարծիք հայտնելով, որ դասի ընթացքում երբեմն անհրաժեշտ է լինում ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներ կիրառել։
