Ադրբեջանում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունն անցնում է առանց ԵԽԽՎ դիտորդների

Սեպտեմբերի 1-ին Ադրբեջանում մեկնարկել է խորհրդարանի արտահերթ ընտրությունը։ Նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը ցրել է խորհրդարանը և արտահերթ ընտրություն նշանակել սեպտեմբերին՝ նոյեմբերին կայանալիք ՄԱԿ-ի կլիմայական գագաթնաժողովին նախապատրաստվելու նպատակով: Գրում է 1lurer.am-ը։

Առաջին անգամ ընտրությունն անցկացվում է առանց ԵԽԽՎ դիտորդների և մամուլի, իշխանությունների քննադատների նկատմամբ ռեկորդային ռեպրեսիաների ֆոնին։ Այդ մասին տեղեկացնում է BBC-ին։

Քվեարկությունը տեղի է ունենում 125 ընտրատարածքում` ժամը 8:00-19:00-ն: 125 տեղի համար պայքարում է 990 թեկնածու։ Իլհամ Ալիևը, նրա ընտանիքի անդամները և երկրի բարձրաստիճան ղեկավարներն արդեն քվեարկել են։ Ըստ Ադրբեջանի ԿԸՀ տվյալի` ժամը 17:00-ի դրությամբ ընտրողների մասնակցությունը կազմել է 33,82%։ Քվեարկել է 2 մլն 172,087 մարդ։ 

Ընդդիմությունը բոյկոտել է ընտրությունը՝ մատնանշելով բազմաթիվ կեղծիքներն ու իրական մրցակցության բացակայությունը և երկրում ռեկորդային թվով քաղբանտարկյալների առկայությունը։ Տեղական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնել են բազմաթիվ խախտումների մասին՝ քվեաթերթիկների կարուսել, թեկնածուների և լրագրողների աշխատանքի խոչընդոտում, քաշքշուկ և այլն։ Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդական ճակատ ընդդիմադիր կուսակցության առաջնորդն ասել է, որ ընտրական ինստիտուտը ոչնչացված է, իսկ ներկայիս իշխանությունն օգտագործում է իր դիրքը բռնաճնշումների համար։
