Նորվեգիայում Ullevaal Stadion ֆուտբոլային մարզադաշտի տանիքին կառուցվել է աշխարհի ամենամեծ ուղղահայաց վահանակներով արևային էլեկտրակայանը։ Կողք կողքի տեղադրված վահանակների աշխատանքային մակերեսները այնպես են, որ լույսը աշխատում է վահանակի երկու կողմերում ավելացնելով հզորությունը 20–30%-ով։ Ուղղահայաց դասավորությունը ունի նաև բազմաթիվ այլ առավելություններ, որոնցից նորվեգացիները մտադիր են օգտվել, գրում է 3dnews.ru-ն։
Տեղական Over Easy Solar ընկերությունն է, 2500 մ2 տարածքի վրա տեղադրել է 200 Վտ հզորությամբ 1242 արևային մարտկոց։ Հայտարարված հզորությունը հասնում է 248 կՎտ-ի։ Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում էլեկտրակայանը կկարողանա արտադրել մինչև 219 ՄՎտ/ժ էլեկտրաէներգիա։ Վահանակները ուղղված են հյուսիսից հարավ՝ հարավային կողմից 20°-ով դեպի արևելք շեղումով: Դա թույլ կտա նրանց ավելի արդյունավետ աշխատել ձմռանը: Նաև ձյան արտացոլումը էական դեր կխաղա ձմռանը հզորության ավելացման գործում, ինչը ևս վահանակների ուղղահայաց դասավորության առավելություններից է։ Այդ գործոնը հատկապես կարևոր է, եթե հաշվի առնենք էլեկտրակայանի անբարենպաստ դիրքը, այն գտնվում է Օսլոյում, այսինքն Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի լայնության վրա, և արևի լույսով չփայլող քաղաքում։
Ուղղահայաց կողմնորոշված պանելների համար ամենամեծ մարտահրավերը կապող համակարգի ավելացված քաշն է, որն անհրաժեշտ է վահանակները ուղղահայաց պահելու համար: Խնդիրը լուծվել է զանգվածի ընդհանուր քաշը նվազեցնելով մինչև 11 կգ/մ2, և դա մանևրելու հսկայական հնարավորություն է, դա հնարավորություն կտա ստեղծել ուղղահայաց արևային ֆերմաներ բազմաթիվ շենքերի տանիքներին։
Արևային մարտկոցների ուղղահայաց կողմնորոշման այլ առավելություններից են տանիքի վիճակի ստուգման համար ազատ տարածքը և պանելների հեշտ սպասարկումը: Երկկողմանի լինելու շնորհիվ, որը մեկի փոխարեն ստեղծում է արևային էներգիայի ստեղծման երկու հարթություն, արևային մարտկոցների ուղղահայաց տեղադրման մեթոդը խոստանում է դառնալ շատ տարածված, ուստի ընկերությունը խոստանում է շուտով գերազանցել սահմանված ռեկորդը նոր ձեռքբերումներով։
