Օգոստոսի 30-ին` ժամը 21։55-ի սահմաններում, Հայկական ատոմակայանը վթարային կանգառի ռեժիմով անջատվել է էներգահամակարգից։ Ըստ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության մամուլի ծառայության հաղորդագրության՝ կանգի պատճառ է հանդիսացել կայծակի հարվածը, որի հետևանքով կայանի անտանգության համակարգերը կայանը բերել են անվտանգ կանգառի ռեժիմի։

Oragir.News-ը թեմայի առնչությամբ զրուցել է էներգետիկ հարցերով փորձագետ Արմեն Մանվելյանի հետ։

Նրա խոսքով՝ նման բան հնարավոր է, բայց դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ համակարգը գտնվում է շատ վատ վիճակում։

«Անփութություն է։ Իմ կարծիքով նման բան կարող է լինել, բայց նաև դա նշանակում է, որ համակարգը շատ վատ վիճակում է գտնվում։ Քանի որ այս համակարգը չեն ֆինանսավորում, ներդրումներ չեն անում, ինքը մաշվում է ժամանակի ընթացքում մաշվում է։ 6 տարի է՝ ոչ մի ներդրում չի արվել համակարգի մեջ, աղետալի վիճակ է, որ կայծակից կարող է անջատվել»,- ասաց նա։

Փորձագետի պնդմամբ՝ այս իշխանությունները տապալել են ամեն բան։

«Ամբողջ համակարգը քանդել են,նույնիսկ էներգետիկայի նախարարությունն են լուծարել, այսինքն ինչի մասին է խոսքը։ Իրենք տապալել են ամեն ինչ այդ առումով։ Իրենք ընդանրապես ինչ են անում, որ այս ոլորտում որևէ բան անեն։ Նախկինում, օրինակ ՀՀ էլեկտրաէներգիա էր ստանում Արցախից բավականին էժան, Արցախը տվել են թուրքերին, սենց շարունակաբար։ Ներդրումներ չեն անում, ատոմակայանի շուրջ էլ ինչ-որ անհասկանալի զարգացումներ են գնում, ոչ մի հստակություն չկա»,- նշեց նա։

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, որ իշխանություններն ակտիվ քննարկում են նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցումը, Մանվելյանը նշեց՝ հերթական կեղծ օրակարգն է։

«Նորը կառուցել ի վիճակի չեն, չեն էլ հասկանում, թե դա ոնց է պետք անել, ինչ է պետք անել։ Իրենք կարող են ամեն ինչ քննարկել, իրենք քննարկում են, որ ամերիկացիները շուտով գալու են ատոմակայան կառուցեն։ Կեղծ քննարկումներ է, ո՛չ ամերիկացին կգա, ո՛չ էլ ինչ-որ բան կկառուցի։ Ատոմակայանի թեման՝ նորի կառուցումը կեղծ օրակարգ է։ Էներգետիկ ընդհանուր վիճակը Հայաստանում շատ վատ է։ Տեսնում ենք Երևանում էլեկտրաէներգիայի անջատումներ են լինում՝արդեն ռեգուլյար է դարձել։ Ընդհանուր համակարգը շատ վատ, բարձիթողի վիճակում է գտնվում։ Սա գործող իշխանության քաղաքական ձեռագիրն է։ Իրենք բոլոր տեղերն են տապալել, սա էլ են տապալում», -եզրափակեց Մանվելյանը։
