8 երկրների ուսուցիչներ անցկացրել են Եվրասիական մանկավարժական առաջին խորհուրդը

Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Մոլդովայի, Ռուսաստանի, Տաջիկստանի և Ուզբեկստանի մանկավարժներն անցկացրել են Եվրասիական մանկավարժական առաջին խորհուրդը, որը կազմակերպել էր «Եվրասիա» ԻՀԿ-ն:
Մանկավարժական խորհրդի անդամները քննարկել են ուսուցչի դերը նոր սերնդի դաստիարակության գործում՝ ավանդական հոգևոր և բարոյական արժեքների հիման վրա:
«Արևմտյան քարոզչության նպատակն է միավորել մարդկանց, որպեսզի նրանք մոռանան իրենց պատմությունը, ավանդույթները, մշակույթը։ Իսկ մենք կողմ ենք դպրոցականներին ավանդական արժեքների ոգով դաստիարակելուն՝ հենվելով հայրենիքի հանդեպ սիրո, պատմական ճշմարտության պահպանման ու փոխանցման, նրանց ընտանեկան ավանդույթների մեջ ներգրավելու վրա։ Պետք է երեխաների մեջ դնել այն լավագույնը, որը մենք ժառանգել ենք մեր նախնիներից։ Եվ այս աշխատանքում հիմնական խնդիրն ընկնում է ուսուցիչների վրա, որոնց հետ երեխաները սովորում են, շփվում և ամեն օր նոր բան սովորում: Շատ առումներով հենց ուսուցիչներն են մշակութային ժառանգությունը փոխանցում երիտասարդ սերնդին։ Ուստի Եվրասիական մանկավարժական խորհուրդը հավաքել է մասնագետների, որոնք հասկանում են իրենց առաքելության ողջ պատասխանատվությունը»,- նշել է «Եվրասիա» ԻՀԿ-ի խորհրդի նախագահ Ալյոնա Արշինովան:
Քննարկման առանձին թեմա էր բնության նկատմամբ մարդասիրական վերաբերմունքի ձևավորումը՝ որպես էկոլոգիական կրթության գերակայություն 21-րդ դարում։
Մանկավարժական խորհրդի արդյունքների հիման վրա նիստի մասնակիցները նաև հաստատել են 2024-2025 ուսումնական տարվա աշխատանքային պլանը և որոշել աշխատանքային խմբերի կազմը:
Եվրասիական մանկավարժական խորհուրդը ստեղծվել է «Եվրասիա» ԻՀԿ-ի կողմից։ Այն զարգացման, որակավորման բարձրացման և փորձի փոխանակման արդյունավետ հարթակ է, իսկ խորհրդում ընդգրկված են պրոֆեսիոնալ ուսուցիչներ։ Շահույթ չհետապնդող կազմակերպությունը նաև իրականացնում է մի շարք ծրագրեր Եվրասիայի երկրներում կրթական համակարգի զարգացման համար: Դրանց թվում է «Եվրասիական ճեմարան» դպրոցների ցանցի ձևավորման ծրագիրը, որոնց ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունը համակարգային ենթակառուցվածքային, ֆինանսական և նախագծային աջակցություն կցուցաբերի: Նախատեսվում է ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում կրթության ժամանակակից մեթոդների փոխանակում, դպրոցների վերանորոգում, ուսուցիչների ստաժավորում, ինչպես նաև կրթաթոշակային ծրագիր:
