Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները որևէ ջանք չեն գործադրելու արցախցիների վերադարձի հարցը բարձրացնելու, Արցախից բռնի տեղահանվածների իրավունքները պաշտպանելու համար։ ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձն այսօր մեծ հարցազրույց է տվել մի քանի տասնյակ, հիմնականում յուրային լրատվամիջոցների, հայտարարել, թե իրատեսական չի համարում ԼՂ-ից տեղահանված հայ բնակչության վերադարձը։

«Այն ընկալումներով ու ձևակերպումներով, որ ԼՂ մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ փորձում են ներկայացնել վերադարձի հարցը, իրատեսական չեմ համարում»,- ասել է նա՝ շեշտելով, որ իրատեսական չի համարում հարցն այն բովանդակությամբ, ինչ ներկայացնում են ԼՂ նախկին պաշտոնյաներ ու հայրենակիցներ։

Փաստացի, այս հայտարարությամբ նա քար է նետում Արցախի պաշտոնյաների, Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերով հանձնախմբի ուղղությամբ։ Ընդդիմադիր տարբեր ուժեր, արցախցիներ, փորձագետներ ու քաղաքական գործիչներ փաստում են, որ արցախցիների իրավունքների հարցն առանցքային պետք է լինի բանակցային գործընթացում, վերադարձի հնարավորությունը պետք է քննարկվի, իսկ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմն ամեն ինչ անում են՝ Արցախը մոռացության մատնելու համար։

Ավելին, Փաշինյանն այսօր էլ Արցախի կորստյան մեղքը բարդում է Արցախի իշխանությունների և հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիր շրջանակների վրա։ Նա անդրադարձել է նաև ԼՂ լուծարմանը, շեշտելով. «ԼՂ լուծարման վերաբերյալ որոշումը ես չեմ ատորագրել։ Այդ որոշումը տեղի ունենալուց առաջ տեղի է ունեցել իշխանափոխություն, որը ողջունվել է ՀՀ-ում գործող հայտնի շրջանակների կողմից»։
