Ի՞նչ կտա սահմանազատման կանոնակարգը

Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը երեկ համաձայնեցրել են սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքի կանոնակարգը։ Ըստ նախապես համաձայնեցված պլանի, կանոնակարգը պետք է համաձայնեցվեր դեռ երկու ամիս առաջ, սակայն միայն օգոստոսի 30-ին է հաջողվել հեռավար ստորագրել փաստաթուղթը։

ԱԳՆ փոխանցմամբ, սկզբունքներն ամրագրող կանոնակարգը ստորագրվել է և արդեն սկսվել է փաստաթղթի ներպետական համաձայնեցման գործընթացը:

«Կանոնակարգը Հայաստանի օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով կներկայացվի Կառավարության քննարկմանը, որից հետո կմեկնարկի Ազգային ժողովում դրա վավերացման ընթացակարգը, և այս նպատակով փաստաթուղթը նախ կուղարկվի Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ Սահմանադրությանը դրա համապատասխանությունը որոշելու համար», - հայտնել են վարչապետի աշխատակազմից։

Թե ինչ սկզբունքով է ընթանալու հետագա սահմանազատումը, կողմերը չեն հաղորդում, շանս կա, որ երկուշաբթի հրապարակվելիք փաստաթղթերը կտան այդ հարցի պատասխանը։ Ինքը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ինչպես և վարչապետի աշխատակազմը պնդում են, որ գործընթացը շարունավելու է Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա։

Մինչ այդ, Ադրբեջանը փաստացի Ալիևի բերանով կրկին շարունակում է հոխորտալ, ապացուցելով, որ խաղաղության հասնելու որևէ մտադրություն չունի։ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե պաշտոնական Երևանը «հապաղում է Բաքվի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման հարցում» և «անտարբերություն է ցուցաբերում տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հասնելու հարցում»։

«Հայաստանը շահագրգռված չէ խաղաղության համաձայնագրով և տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության հասնելու։ Հայաստանը միտումնավոր ժամանակ է ձգում, նոր զենքեր է գնում Ֆրանսիայից, այլ արևմտյան երկրներից, իր տարածքում երրորդ կողմերի հետ անցկացնում է զորավարժություններ»,- այսօր այդ մասին ասել է Ալիևն ադրբեջանա-թուրքական միջխորհրդարանական խմբի ղեկավարի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։ Իսկ ադրբեջանական զինուժը շաորւնակում է մնալ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում, դուրս գալու որևէ ցանկություն չունի։
