Ռուզաննա Գ․-ն 2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 5-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ից մինչև ժամը 16:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Վանաձոր քաղաքի Տերյան փողոցի նշված բնակարանում վիճաբանել է մոր՝ Ս․ Սիմոնյանի հետ, որի ընթացքում ֆիզիկական ներգործության է ենթարկել նրան՝ ձեռքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել Ս․ Սիմոնյանի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ձեռքով փակել է վերջինիս բերանը և քիթը՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք:

Բացի այդ, Ռուզաննա Գ․-ն խոհանոցից վերցրել է խոհանոցային դանակը և նրա հասցեին սպառնալիքներ է հնչեցրել: Գործն այս պահին դատարանում է։

Գործը ստացվել է Լոռու մարզի դատախազություն 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 23-ին։ Մակագրվել է Լոռու մարզի դատարանի դատավոր Տարոն Թադևոսյանին։ Ապրիլի 25-ին որոշում է կայացվել բժշկական հարկադրանքի վարույթ ստանձնելու և նախնական դատալսումներ նշանակելու մասին։

Մայիսի 2-ին նշանակված նիստը կայացել է, որոշվել է խափանման միջոց ընտանեկան վերահսկողությունը թողնել անփոփոխ։

Մայիսի 22-ին հրապարակված դատական ակտով մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ նշանակվել է բժշկական բնույթի հարկադրանքի միջոց՝ հոգեբույժի մոտ արտահիվանդանոցային հսկողություն և հարկադիր բուժում: Ռուզաննա Գ․-ի նկատմամբ որպես անվտանգության միջոց կիրառված ընտանեկան հսկողությունը թողնել անփոփոխ` մինչև սույն դատավճիռն օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելը:
