Հրապարակվել է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների 2024 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակի երկրների բյուջեների կատարման վիճակագրությունը։

Ինչպես նշվում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի զեկույցում, 2024 թվականի հունվար-հունիս ամիսներին Հայաստանում և Ղրղզստանում հանրապետական ​​բյուջեն կատարվել է հավելուրդով՝ դրական սալդո, երբ բյուջեի եկամուտները գերազանցում են բյուջեի ծախսերին:

Ընդ որում, նախորդ տարվա համապատասխան ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ Հայաստանում հավելուրդը կրճատվել է 12 անգամ, իսկ Ղրղզստանում աճել է 13 անգամ։

Ղազախստանում և Ռուսաստանում բյուջեի դեֆիցիտը կրճատվել է. Ղազախստանում 18%-ով, իսկ Ռուսաստանում՝ 2 անգամ։

Հանրապետական ​​բյուջեի ցուցանիշների աճի տեմպերն անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ բազմակողմ դինամիկա են գրանցել։

Բյուջեի եկամուտների աճի ամենաբարձր տեմպերը արձանագրվել են Ռուսաստանում (+34%), ամենացածրը՝ Ղազախստանում՝ բյուջետային ծախսերով (-2%)։

Դիտարկվող ժամանակահատվածում հանրապետական ​​բյուջեի եկամուտների կառուցվածքում գերակշռող մասնաբաժինը կազմել է ավելացված արժեքի հարկը (25% - 39%) և բյուջեի եկամուտների այլ եկամուտները (43% - 55%):

Միաժամանակ Հայաստանում, Ղազախստանում, Ղրղզստանում և Ռուսաստանում բյուջեի այլ եկամուտների մասնաբաժինն աճել է, իսկ ավելացված արժեքի հարկի մասնաբաժինը նվազել է։

Հայաստանի, Ղազախստանի և Ղրղզստանի բյուջեի ծախսային մասում զգալի մասնաբաժին է զբաղեցրել սոցիալական ոլորտի և համապետական գործունեության ֆինանսավորումը։

Նախորդ տարվա համապատասխան ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ այս հոդվածների գծով ծախսերի մասնաբաժիններն աճել են, բացառությամբ Ղրղզստանի սոցիալական հատվածի ֆինանսավորման։
