SHAMSYHAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ օգոստոսի 24-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 15։00-ի սահմաններում «Կանեփ-կակաչ 2024» համալիր օպերատիվ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառման շրջանակներում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքում օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստացել, որ այդ օրը՝ ժամը 03։00-ի սահմաններում, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 37-ամյա Հրաչիկ Մ․-ն Նարեկացի փողոցի 2/2 հասցեում գործող թիթեղների արտադրամասի մոտ իր մոտ եղած «Սայգա» տիպի ինքնաձիգից մի քանի անգամ կրակոցներ է արձակել:
Ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողների կողմից բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում նույն օրը՝ ժամը 16։30-ի սահմաններում, Հրաչիկ Մ․-ն ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժին, որտեղ ներկայացրել է օրինական հիմունքներով իրեն պատկանող «Սայգա» տեսակի ակոսափող ինքնաձիգը և 1 հատ չլիցքավորված փամփշտատուփ:
Նա հայտնել է, որ օգոստոսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 03։00-ի սահմաններում, իրեն պատկանող Նարեկացի փողոցի 2/2 հասցեում գործող թիթեղների արտադրամասի մոտ վերը նշված ինքնաձիգը ստուգելու նպատակով մի քանի անգամ կրակոցներ է արձակել դեպի օդ: Արդեն տեղում բացօթյա զրուցարանի տարածքի աջակողմյան և ձախակողմյան հատվածներում հայտնաբերվել են 7.62 մմ տրամաչափի «ԱԿԱ» տիպի ինքնաձիգի փափուշտի պարկուճին նմանվող 4 պարկուճներ, որոնք, ըստ Հրաչիկ Մ․-ի, եղել են իր ինքնաձիգից արձակված փամփուշտների պարկուճները։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժնում ձևակերպվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք՝ հայտնաբերված 4 պարկուճների, վերը նշված ինքնաձիգի և թվով 1 հատ չլիցքավորված փամփուշտատուփի հետ միասին ներկայացվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
