1.Ինչ-որ մեկին գրկելիս մեր ինքնազգացողությունը լավանում է. երբ մենք ինչ-որ մեկին մեր գիրկն ենք առնում՝ օրգանիզմն արտադրում է օքսիտոցին հորմոնը, որի շնորհիվ իսկապես քնքշություն և ջերմություն ենք զգում:

2.Միմյանց գրկելիս մարդկանց զարկերակային ճնշումն իջնում է. գրկելիս օրգանիզմում արտադրվող հորմոնները նպաստում են հանգստությանն ու ճնշման իջեցմանը:

3.Միջինում մարդկանց ինչ-որ մեկին գրկելու ամսական ժամանակաչափը 1 ժամ է կազմում:

4.Միմյանց պինդ գրկելիս մարդկանց վախերը հեռանում են. Psychological Science ամսագրի ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ նույնիսկ փափուկ խաղալիքին գրկելով՝ մարդկանց հոգեկան վիճակը շատ ավելի հանգիստ է դառնում, վախերը մեծ չափով հեռանում են:

5.Մարդիկ, ովքեր ավելի հաճախ են գրկում ինչ-որ մեկին, ավելի առողջ սիրտ ունեն:

6.Միմյանց գրկելը նպաստում է ընտանիքի ամրությանը. ԱՄՆ-ում իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունը պարզել է, որ ընտանիքները, որտեղ ամուսիններն ավելի հաճախ են գրկում միմյանց, ավելի երկար են պահպանվում:

7.Տարիքով մարդիկ ավելի մեծ պահանջմունք ունեն, որ ինչ-որ մեկն իրենց գրկի:

8.Միմյանց գրկելը բնական հակասթրեսային միջոց է:

9.Գրկե՛ք ձեր (նաև ոչ ձեր) երեխաներին. ըստ ուսումնասիրությունների՝ երեխաները, ում ծնողներն ավելի քիչ են գրկում, ավելի դանդաղ են մտավոր զարգանում:

10.Եվ վերջինը՝ միմյանց գրկելով մենք շատ ավելի լավ ենք հասկանում միմյանց:
