Սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն, նոր պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, նախատեսվում է անցկացնել 2027 թ., այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել է Արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանը։

Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շաբաթներ առաջ հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանին ոչ թե սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ, այլ նոր Սահմանադրություն է անհրաժեշտ։ Նա նաև բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովին հրահանգել էր նոր հայեցակարգ գրել, այն ներկայացնել մինչև 2026 թ. դեկտեմբեր։

Մինչ Փաշինյանը նոր Սահմանադրություն է փորձում մշակել, Ադրբեջանը՝ Իլհամ Ալիևի, Ամիրբեկովի և այլոց շուրթերով պարբերաբար պահանջներ է ներկայացնում՝ փոխելու ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը, նախաբանից հեռացնելու Անկախության հռչակագրի վկայակոչումը։ Հռչակագրով, հիշեցնենք, ամրագրվում է Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը։

Արդարադատության նախարարը պնդում է. «Անկախության հռչակագրի հարց չի քննարկվել, բոլոր նիստերն առցանց հեռարձակվում են, լրագրողները կարող են այդ ամենին մասնակից լինել»։ Մինասյանի այս հայտարարությանը, մեծ հաշվով, լուրջ վերաբերվելու կարիք չկա։ Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը բազմիցս է աչքի ընկել տարբեր հայտարարություններ անելով, ապա տրամագծորեն հակառակ ուղղությամբ գործելով։ Այս հարցում էական է այն, որ գործող իշխանությունները լուրջ ախորժակ ունեն պաշտոնավարել բավական երկար, ընդհուպ 2027 թ. հանրաքվե կազմակերպել։ Թեև, ֆորս-մաժորային սրացումներն էլ չեն բացառվում։ Ի դեպ, չի բացառվում, որ Փաշինյանին հաջողվել է պայմանավորվածությունների հանգել Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ հանրաքվեն փոքր-ինչ ուշ կազմակերպելու հարցում։
