Ինչպես է պետք նշել Արցախի օրը
Որպեսզի սեպտեմբերի 2-ը՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության հռչակման 33-ամյակը, չլինի լացի, սգի, դատարկաբանության, կամ կորսված հայրենիքի թեմայով երգ ու պարի օր, անհրաժեշտ է մի շարք ուղերձների հստակ ձևակերպում։ Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Հայաստանում չի կարող լինել քաղաքականություն, քանի դեռ հայկական Արցախի հարցը ձևակերպված չէ որպես քաղաքական օրակարգ, Հայաստանի հետ չեն կարող լինել հարգալից բանակցություններ, քանի դեռ հայկական Արցախի հարցը բանակցային օրակարգում չէ։
Չի կարող լինել որևէ «Մեծարգո», քանի դեռ այս վիճակում ենք, չի կարող լինել «Առաջնորդ», որը չի հավատում հայկական Արցախին։
Մենք չենք կարողանալու ոտքի կանգնել, քանի դեռ մեր հավաքական միտքը որպես ազգային երազանք չի ձևակերպել հայկական Արցախի տեսլականը։ Մեզ լուրջ չեն վերաբերվելու այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ռացիոնալ, սառը հաշվարկված ծրագրեր չունենք, թե ինչպես հասնել երազանքին, ինչպես երազանքը վերածել ռացիոնալ ծրագրի։
Այսօրվա միջազգային կոնյունկտուրան և ՀՀ կենսական շահը պահանջում են, որպեսզի Հայաստանը հայկական Արցախի հարցը վերադարձնի օրակարգ։
Մենք իրավունք չունենք խոսելու արժանապատվությունից, քանի դեռ հանդուրժում ենք մեզ այս օրին հասցրած իշխանությանը։
Մենք չենք կարող մեզ համարել պատմական մեծ ժառանգության կրողը, եթե էլեմենտար չենք հիշում, որ ընդամենը 4 տարի առաջ հեծանվով Սոթք-Քարվաճառով հասնում էինք Արցախ։
Մենք ճոխ սեղանների շուրջ, թանկ հագուստների մեջ և դիզած գույքի ֆոնին չենք կարողանալու ունենալ սովորական, կենցաղային երջանկություն, քանի դեռ Բաքվի բանտերում ունենք հայորդիներ, և հայը գտնվում է այսքան խեղճացած վիճակում»,-գրել է նա:
