Այսօր՝ օգստոսի 30-ին, առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում: Ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ «Վեդի» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել տղամարադու դի:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանը, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Մամիկոն Հակոբյանը, ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի պետ Ֆիլիպպ Ստեփանյանը:
Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Արարատի մարզի Այգավան գյուղի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Մնացական Հարությունյանն է, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել «ՎԱԶ 2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով:
Ըստ բժշկական կենտրոնի հայտարարության՝ մահացածին տեղափոխել են «կենսաբանական մահ, կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վերքեր, մարմնի տարբեր մասերի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր, պարանոցի կտրած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ:
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են նաև, որ նա տեղափոխվել է Այգավան գյուղի Մակուի փողոցի թիվ 15 տան մոտից, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, կայանված ավտոմեքենա, որի վրա նույնպես հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր և մի քանի ժամ որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է դանակ, որը, ըստ կասկածների, հնարավոր է հանցագործության գործիքը լինի:
Դեպքի փաստով Վեդիի քննչական բաժնում «սպանություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործուղություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, սպանություն կատարածի ինքնությունը ճշտելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին.
«Ցավ ու զարմանք ենք ապրում, թե ոնց են նման դաժան վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերել Մնացականի նկատմամբ, ում կողմից երբեք վատ բան չենք նկատել, գյուղի հարգված ու սիրված բնակիչներից էր: Հարգանք էր վայելում շրջապատում, ինքն էլ միշտ փոխադարձ հարգանք էր ցուցաբերում բոլորի նկատմաբ: Օրեր առաջ էլ նշանվել էր»:
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով՝ նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, ավտոմեքենան էլ, որով մահացածին տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց, քննիչի հանձնարարականով տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:
Ավտոմեքենայի մեջ էլ հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր:
