Ողբերգական դեպք՝ Չարենցավանում․ թմրանյnւթից 20-ամյա երիտասարդ է մաhացել

Մի քանի օր առաջ ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզի Չարենցավան քաղաքում. 20-ամյա մի երիտասարդ տղա է մահացել։ Մեզ ասացին՝ մահվան պատճառը թմրանյութն է, նախնական վարկածով՝ տղան թմրանյութ օգտագործելուց վատացել է և, այսպես ասած, «պերեդոզ» է եղել ու մահացել։ Նա, սակայն, մենակ չի եղել, ըստ տեղեկության՝ չորս հոգով են այդ օրը թմրանյութ օգտագործել, որոնցից մեկը մահացել է, մյուսը հիվանդանոցում է։
MediaHub-ին պատմեցին, որ մահացողը թմրանյութ օգտագործելուց հետո գնացել է տուն, տանը վատացել է, սրտխառնոց է սկսվել մոտը, բայց բժշկի չեն դիմել՝ մտավախություն ունենալով, որ հետո կարող է իրավապահների ձեռքում հայտնվեն, քանզի նախկինում այդ տղան թմրանյութի գործով հասցրել է անցնել և գտնվել է իրավապահների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Ու փորձել են տան պայմաններում օգնել տղային, բայց տղայի վիճակն ավելի է վատացել, ու 20-ամյա երիտասարդը մահացել է։
Նշենք, որ Չարենցավանում վերջին շրջանում հատկապես երիտասարդների և անգամ անչափահասների շրջանում մեծ տարածում է գտել թմրանյութի օգտագործումը, ու չնայած Չարենցավանի ոստիկանությանը, որ հարցնես, իրենք կասեն՝ մեծ աշխատանք են տանում դպրոցներում ու դպրոցներից դուրս այս արատավոր երևույթի դեմ պայքարի հարցում, բայց փաստն այն է, որ մարդիկ շարունակում են թմրանյութ օգտագործել, վաճառել և տարածել։ Ու հատկապես «Կրիստալ» տեսակի թմրամիջոցն է շատ տարածված, որն ամենավտանգավորներից է համարվում և հենց առաջին իսկ օգտագործումից մարդուն կախվածության մեջ է գցում։
Մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ անգամ մի անչափահաս աղջկա էին Չարենցավանի դպրոցներից մեկից բերման ենթարկել թմրանյութի օգտագործման և տարածման կասկածանքով։
Այս ամենը պետության անգործության, օրենքների ոչ խիստ լինելու, իրավապահների կողմից ոչ բավարար ուշադրության և անփութության հետևանք է, որ ոստիկանության և մյուս իրավապահ կառույցների քթի տակ անչափահասները թմրանյութի օգտագործմամբ և շրջանառությամբ են զբաղվում, և պետությունը չի կարողանում կամ չի ցանկանում իսկապես դրա դեմն առնել։ Թեպետ՝ ոստիկանությունը պարբերաբար ինչ-որ վիճակագրություն է ներկայացնում, թե քանի նման դեպք է բացահայտել, բայց փաստն այն է, որ այս իշխանությունների օրոք այդպիսի արատավոր երևույթները գնալով ավելի մեծ տարածում են ստանում։ Ընդ որում, ամենավատն այն է, որ թմրանյութերը սկսել են հատկապես անչափահասների կամ մինչև 25 տարեկանների շրջանում մեծ տարածում ստանալ՝ փչացնելով դեռ նորմալ կյանք չմտած նոր սերնդին։
