Հանրային սննդի օբյեկտի արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է, հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու համար սահմանվել է ժամկետ

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Երևանի կենտրոնի տեսուչներն անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Քրիստափոր Իսահակեանին պատկանող հանրային սննդի օբյեկտում (ք․ Երևան, Խորենացի փ․) անցկացրած ստուգման ընթացքում պարզել են, որ արտադրական գործընթացներն այստեղ իրականացվում են սննդամթերքի հիգիենային ներկայացվող սահմանված պահանջների խախտմամբ։
Մասնավորապես՝
- սննդի կառույցները նախագծված, կառուցված ու տեղակայված չեն եղել այնպես, որ հնարավոր լինի կիրառել հիգիենայի պատշաճ մեթոդներ,
- սանհանգույցի դուռը անմիջապես բացվել է սննդամթերքի մշակման սենյակների մեջ,
- սննդի կառույցը ապահովված չի եղել անձնակազմի համար հանդերձարանով,
- խոհանոցի պատերի որոշ հատվածների առկա են անհարթություններ, չեն ունեցել հարթ մակերես, պատերի որոշ հատվածների ծեփերը թափված են եղել, պատրաստված չեն եղել հեշտությամբ մաքրվող ու անջրանցիկ, չներծծող, լվացվող նյութերից,
- առաստաղի որոշ հատվածները կառուցված չեն եղել այնպես, որ կանխարգելվի կամ նվազեցվի կեղտի կուտակումը, գոլորշու խտացումը, անցանկալի բորբոսների աճը և մասնիկների թափվելու հնարավորությունը, առկա են եղել անհարթություններ, բացվածքներ,
- սննդամթերք պարունակող տարածքների՝ խոհանոցի, աշխատանքային սեղանների մակերևույթները՝ հատկապես սննդամթերքի հետ անմիջական շփման մեջ գտնվողները չեն պահվել նորոգ վիճակում,
- սահմանված չի եղել սննդամթերքի արտադրության գործընթացում օգտագործվող արտադրական շինությունների, տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների և գույքի մաքրման, լվացման, ախտահանման, միջատազերծման և կրծողների ոչնչացման գործընթացների պարբերականություն և դրանք չեն իրականացվել,
- բոլոր սարքավորումները,գործիքները, պարագաները և բեռնարկղերը, որոնք անմիջական շփման մեջ են գտնվել սննդամթերքի հետ ենթարկած չեն եղել պատշաճ մաքրման ու ախտահանման,
- խոհանոցում տեղակայված սեղաններից մեկը կառուցված չի եղել հիգիենայի պահանջները բավարարող նյութերից և չի պահվել նորոգ ու բարվոք վիճակում,
Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի որոշմամբ՝ հանրային սննդի օբյեկտի արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է, հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու համար սահմանվել է ժամկետ։
