Հայաստանը կսկսի փոխհատուցում վճարել հարկադիր պարապուրդում գտնվողներին

Հայաստանում աշխատողի հարկադիր պարապուրդի ընթացքում, եթե վերջինս աշխատանքի է գնում այլ գործատուի մոտ, ապա պետք է վճարվի 9 ամսվա աշխատավարձ՝ նախկին աշխատավայրից։ Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում օգոստոսի 29-ին Աշխատանքային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրինագծի քննարկման ժամանակ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի մշտական խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նիստում հայտարարեց Հանրապետության արդարադատության փոխնախարար Արմենուհի Հարությունյանը։
Հարկադիր պարապուրդը, գործող օրենսդրության համաձայն, աշխատանքի ժամանակավոր դադարեցում է։ Անաշխատունակությունը պայմանավորված է` կազմակերպչական խնդիրներով` ձեռնարկության լուծարում, անձնակազմի ռոտացիա, ղեկավարության փոփոխություն:
Միաժամանակ, ինչպես նշեց փոխնախարարը, եթե աշխատողը 9 ամսից պակաս ժամանակավոր գործազուրկ է եղել, ապա գումարը պետք է վճարվի հատուկ այս ժամանակահատվածի համար։
Նա նաև նշեց, որ գործող օրենսդրությամբ հնարավոր է հարկադիր պարապուրդը հաշվարկել մինչև դատական ակտի ուժի մեջ մտնելը։ Սակայն իրականում այս գործընթացն այնքան է ձգձգվում, որ քաղաքացին նախընտրում է չսպասել ու անմիջապես աշխատանքի անցնել։ Երբեմն նույնիսկ ավելի բարձր վարձատրվողին: «Միևնույն ժամանակ նա շարունակում է համարվել ակամա գործազուրկ»,- պարզաբանեց կառավարության ներկայացուցիչը։
Հիմա, եթե պարզվի, որ մարդը հարկադիր պարապուրդի ժամանակ անցել է ավելի ցածր աշխատավարձով աշխատանքի, աշխատավարձի տարբերությունը պետք է փոխհատուցվի։
Որոշ քննարկումներից հետո այս օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը դրական կարծիք է ստացել մշտական խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի կողմից։
