Երեկ հեռախոսազրույց է տեղի ունեցել ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի միջև, նրանք մտքեր են փոխանակել Ադրբեջանի արևմտյան շրջանների և Նախիջևանի ինքնավար հանրապետության միջև տրանսպորտային միջանցքի բացման շուրջ։ Պուտինն օրեր առաջ պետական այցով Բաքու էր մեկնել։

Երեկ նաև ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան է անդրադարձել հաղորդակցության ուղիների բացմանը, նշել, թե Հարավային Կովկասում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակումը պետք է համապատասխանի տարածաշրջանի շահերին։ Ըստ Զախարովայի, երթուղին, որը պետք է Ադրբեջանի արևմտյան շրջանները Հայաստանի տարածքով միացնի Նախիջևանի հետ, քննարկվում է Հարավային Կովկասում տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային բոլոր կապերի ապաշրջափակման եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակներում։ Մարիա Զախարովայի խոսքով՝ Մոսկվայի դիրքորոշումը Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև հաղորդակցությունն ապաշրջափակելու հարցում ակնհայտ է և հայտնի։ «Մենք ելնում ենք նրանից, որ համապատասխան պայմանավորվածությունները ձեռք կբերվեն և կիրականացվեն կողմերի փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ և փոխընդունելի պայմաններով, որպեսզի դա համապատասխանի ինչպես Ադրբեջանի, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի, ինչպես նաև նրանց հարևանների շահերին»,- հավելել է նա:

Զախարովան պնդել է, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը գործող փաստաթուղթ է, և դրա այլընտրանքը չկա։ «Եթե Ձեզ հայտնի է այլ բան, եթե ձեզ հայտնի է, որ Հայաստանում որևէ մեկը պաշտոնական բարձր մակարդակով հրաժարվել է այդ փաստաթղթից, կամ ասենք՝ հետ է կանչել իր ստորագրությունը, կամ պաշտոնական հայտարարություն է արել, թե այդ փաստաթուղթն այլևս չի գործում, ապա մենք այդ մասով կմեկնաբանենք։ Բայց, այս պահին նման բան չենք լսել», - ասել է նա։

ՀՀ իշխանությունները պարբերաբար հայտարարում են, թե եռակողմ հայտարարությունը խախտվել է հենց Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից, իսկ հաղորդուղիներն անցնելու են ՀՀ իրավազորության ներքո։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, որևէ հայտարարություն չեն արել հայտարարությունից ստորագրությունը հետ կանչելու մասով։ Փաշինյանը շատ ավելի կարևոր գործեր ունի, հեծանիվ է վարում, լոբի մաքրում, կամ խնջույքների մասնակցում։
