Հայաստանը և ԲՐԻԿՍ-ը. Ինչի՞ն էր միտված Մհեր Ավետիսյանի նախաձեռնությունը

Լրատվամիջոցներն արդեն տեղեկացրել են, որ Երևանում օգոստոսի 8-ին կայացել է «ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի և ՇՀԿ-ի հետ Հայաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի համագործակցության նոր հորիզոններ» միջազգային համաժողովը, որի աշխատանքներին մասնակցել են տասնյակ երկրների փորձագետներ և ձեռներեցներ։
Համաժողովի մասնակիցները ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի և ՇՀԿ-ի հետ Հայաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի տնտեսական և հումանիտար համագործակցությունից բացի, քննարկել են «Հայաստանի բրենդները և դրանց արտահանման պոտենցիալը», անցկացրել վարպետության դասեր ներդրումների ներգրավման թեմայի վերաբերյալ։
Ձևավորվող նոր աշխարհակարգում ԲՐԻԿՍ կազմակերպությունն ունի բոլոր հնարավորությունները նոր, գլոբալ խաղացող դառնալու, իսկ կազմակերպությանն անդամակցող երկրների մեծ մասը աշխարհում ահռելի ազդեցություն ունեն թե՛ քաղաքական, թե՛ տնտեսական իմաստով։
Նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանը արդեն պաշտոնապես հայտ է ներկայացրել ԲՐԻԿՍ-ին անդամակցելու համար։
Երևանում կայացած համաժողովը մեծ արձագանք գտավ մամուլում, լայնորեն լուսաբանվեց, իսկ համաժողովի անցկացումը մեծ կարևորություն է ներկայացնում Հայաստանի համար, որպեսզի մեր երկիրը չհայտնվի ուշացած ուղևորի կարգավիճակում։ Համաժողովի կազմկոմիտեի նախագահ, «Իմ երկիր, Իմ Հայաստան» շարժման ղեկավար, Ռուս-հայկական գործարար խորհրդի վարչության նախագահ, մեկենաս Մհեր Ավետիսյանն իր խոսքում նշել էր, թե Հայաստանի համար շահեկան է դիտարկել ինտեգրումը ԲՐԻԿՍ-ին։ Նա հիշեցրել էր, որ Ռուսաստանը ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի հիմնադիրներից է, այս տարի կազմակերպությանը միացել է Իրանը, իսկ այդ երկու երկրների ներկայությունն արդեն պետք է շահագրգռություն առաջացնի Հայաստանի էլիտայում, որպեսզի ցանկություն ստեղծվի առաջիկայում դառնալու կազմակերպության անդամ։
Արդյո՞ք հայ հանրությունը գիտակցում է այն օգուտները, որ կարող է ստանալ ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի հետ լայն գործակցությունից, այդ քարտեզում իր շահեկան դիրքը գտնելու հնարավորությունից, դժվար է ասել։ Սակայն անկասկած է, որ Մհեր Ավետիսյանն իր նախաձեռնությամբ ավելի է մոտեցնում ԲՐԻԿՍ-ը Հայաստանին` փորձելով ակտիվացնել ինտեգրացիոն պրոցեսները։
