Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների վճարումների նշանակությունը բյուջեի ձևավորման գործում

2024 թվականի հունվար-հունիս ամիսներին Հայաստանի պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հրապարակել է խոշոր հարկ վճարողների ցուցանիշները։

Ըստ տվյալների՝ 1,000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողները միասին մուծել են 900.4 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ հարկեր, ինչը 2023 թվականի համադրելի ցուցանիշից ավել է 25.88 միլիարդ դրամով կամ 2.96%-ով։ Այս ցուցանիշները ցույց են տալիս Հայաստանի խոշոր բիզնեսների կողմից պետական բյուջե կատարված վճարումների աճը:

Խոշոր հարկատուներից 81.7%-ը (817 ընկերություն) գրանցված է Երևանում, որոնց կողմից մուծվել է ընդհանուր հարկերի 80.6%-ը կամ 725.94 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ: Այդ ընկերությունների թիվը 2023-ի համեմատ ավելացել է 23-ով, և հարկերի ծավալը աճել է 1.9%-ով։

Մարզերի մասով հարկային մուծումների բաժինը կազմում է 19.4%, կամ 174.5 միլիարդ դրամ: Մարզերի հարկատուների թիվը հիմնականում նվազել է, բացառությամբ Սյունիքի մարզի, որտեղ հարկերի մուծումների ծավալը կտրուկ աճել է 54.5%-ով՝ հասնելով 73.8 միլիարդ դրամի։

Հայաստանի 10 խոշոր հարկատուներն ապահովել են 221.78 միլիարդ դրամ կամ 1,000 խոշոր հարկատուների ընդհանուր մուծումների 24.63%-ը, ինչը 2023 թվականի համադրելի ցուցանիշից ավել է 33.95 միլիարդ դրամով կամ 18.07%-ով։

Խոշոր հարկատուների առաջատարն է Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը, որը մուծել է 64.05 միլիարդ դրամ, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավելացել է 84.07%-ով։ Երկրորդ և երրորդ տեղերում են Մոբայլ Սենթր Արթը և Գազպրոմ Արմենիան համապատասխանաբար 32.33 և 27.59 միլիարդ դրամ մուծումներով։

Եթե այս մուծումները հաշվենք ԱՄՆ դոլարով, ապա առաջատար տասնյակի կողմից մուծվել է մոտ 571.0 միլիոն դոլար, առաջատար 100-ի կողմից՝ 1.37 միլիարդ դոլար, իսկ 1,000 խոշոր հարկատուների կողմից՝ 2.32 միլիարդ դոլար:

Այս տվյալները վկայում են խոշոր հարկատուների վճարումների կարևորության մասին պետական բյուջեի ձևավորման գործում և Հայաստանում բիզնեսների կողմից պետության աջակցության բարձր մակարդակի մասին։
