Մինչ այստեղ-այնտեղ առանց մեզ «պայմանավորվում» են մեզ վերաբերող հարցերի շուրջ, մինչ ադրբեջանցի միանգամից երկու բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա նորից Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը համարել են նախապայման խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կնքելու համար, Փաշինյանը զբաղված է հեծանիվ քշելով ու տասներորդական հարցերով: Մի խոսքով՝ հասարակության մի որոշակի շերտին զբաղեցնելով, կամ, ինչպես ասում են, «լապշա կախելով»: Ի մասնավորի՝ երեկ ևս, այսպես ասենք, նա էլի իրականությունից փախչելու նշաններ էր դրսևորել՝ գրառում անելով... Թե բա՝ «Ակադեմիական քաղաքի Մաստեր-պլանը պատրաստ է»: Ավելին, Փաշինյանը թեթևակի «սպառնացել» է նաև, թե առաջիկայում տարբեր առիթներով էլի այս իդեա-ֆիքսին կանդրադառնա, այսինքն՝ Ակադեմիական քաղաքի նախագծի մասին նորանոր մանրամասնություններ կներկայացնի:
