Судебное заседание по делу Грайра Товмасяна продолжится завтра

Во время судебного заседания по делу судьи КС Армении Грайра Товмасяна 28 августа в 14:00 часов адвокат Арам Орбелян прервал свою защитную речь, предложив прекратить судебное заседание, так как он физически устал, кроме того его в суде уведомили о том, что оно продлится до 14:00.
В свою очередь, сторона обвинения предложила продолжить заседание, однако адвокат заявил о том, что лишь для представления второго аргумента ему следует прочитать 64 страницы, что займет 2 часа и ему будет очень трудно.
Судья Татевик Григорян согласилась перенести заседание на следующий день и разрешила Орбеляну пригласить Товмасяна на заседание, несмотря на наличие ранее принятой ею судебной санкции по удалению последнего из зала.
Напомним, что Грайр Товмасян обвиняется в злоупотреблении служебными полномочиями, что привело к тяжким последствиям.
