Փաշինյանն ու խնձորը. Հայաստանը վերածվել է անզուսպ ոստիկանապետության

Օրերս Զեյթունում տեղի ուենցած միջադեպը կրկին վկայեց, որ Հայաստանը վերածվել է իսկական ոստիկանապետության, իսկ իրավապահ համակարգը վաղուց չունի այլ զբաղմունք, քան Փաշինյանի ընդդիմախոսներին ճնշելը։ Արցախցի փաստաբան Ռոման Երիցյանի խոսքով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուղղությամբ խնձոր նետելու մեջ կասկածվողը 71-ամյա արցախցի Ալբերտ Առուստամյանն է։ Նրա ընտանիքի անդամներին (2 աղջկան և թոռնուհուն) նույն օրը, վերջիններիս կամքին հակառակ տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Զեյթունի բաժին և պահել տեղում մինչև առավոտյան ժամը 7-ը։ «Ալբերտ Առուստամյանին, ով երկրորդ կարգի հաշմանդամ է, նույն օրը ևս ձերբակալել են, տեղափոխել ոստիկանության Զեյթունի բաժին, արժանացրել կոպիտ ու արհամարհական վերաբերմունքի, իսկ հաջորդ օրվա առավոտյան տեղափոխել ՁՊՎ։ Նույն օրը վերջինիս բնակության վայրը մանկահասակ երեխաների ներկայությամբ ենթարկել են խուզարկության՝ նույն տեսակի (սորտի) խնձոր գտնելու նպատակով»,- պատմել է փաստաբանը։
Ի դեպ, նրա փոխանցմամբ, փողոցի երեխաները պատմում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու վերջինիս պահակախումբը ենթադրել են, որ իրենց ուղղությամբ նռնակ է նետվել և անմիջապես պառկել են գետնին։ Թերևս, այդ անպատվությունից գազազած իրավապահներն իսկական մարդաորս էին սկսել Ռուբինյանց փողոցի այդ շենքում՝ ահաբեկելով բնակիչներին։
Իսկ մինչ ոստիկանությունը խնձոր էր որոնում, երեկ Սևանում մեկ այլ միջադեպ փաստեց, որ նույնիսկ ոստիկաններն են անպաշտպան նիկոլական Հայաստանում։ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում ծեծի է ենթարկվել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Սահակյանը։ Նա գտնվելիս է եղել արձակուրդում և Սևանի լողափերից մեկում ընտանիքի հետ հանգստանալիս է եղել, երբ նկատել է, որ մի խումբ անձինք անհարգալից վերաբերմունք են ցուցաբերում հասարակության նկատմամբ, բարձրաձայն հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցնում, և Ա. Սահակյանը հորդորել է նրանց դադարեցնեն նման անհարգալից պահվածքը, ինչը դուր չի եկել նրանց ու հարձակվել ու ծեծի են ենթարկել նրան։ Ոստիկանը կոտրվածք է ստացել ու տեղափոխվել է «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ առաջին բուժօգնություն ստանալուց հետո տեղափոխվել է Երևանի հիվանդանոցներից մեկը։
Ահա այսպիսի երկրում ենք շարունակելու ապրել, քանի դեռ իշխանության ղեկին միայն իր մորթու մասին մտածող մի հեծանվորդ է։
