Օգոստոսի 25-ին Արագածոտնի մարզի Վարդենիս գյուղի Սուրբ Հակոբ եկեղեցու օծման 12-րդ տարեդարձի առիթով մատուցվեու է Սուրբ և Անմահ Պատարագին։       

ՀԱԵ Արագածոտնի թեմից հայտնում են, որ այս առիթով, Թեմակալ Առաջնորդ Գերաշնորհ Տեր Մկրտիչ եպիսկոպոս Պռոշյանի օրհնությամբ, ժամը 9:30 Սուրբ Նարեկ մատուռից թափորով եկեղեցի կբերվի բազմաթիվ հրաշագործություններով հայտնի Բժշկության Ավետարանը ու կմատուցվի Սուրբ և Անմահ Պատարագ: Պատարագի ավարտին կկատարվի Բժշկության աղոթք:

Սուրբ Ավետարանը եկեղեցում կմնա մինչև ժամը 17:00։

Վարդենիս գյուղի հրաշագործ Ավետարանը

Ապարանի Վարդենիս գյուղում դարեր շարունակ եղել է մի Ավետարան, որը կոչվում էր «Պապեի Նարեկ»։ Գիրքը պատկանում էր մի ընտանիքի, որի նախահոր անունը Պապե էր, իսկ Նարեկ էր կոչվում, որովհետև իր մեջ ուներ բժշկող հատկություն, ինչի համար էլ գյուղացիներն այն «Պապեի Նարեկ» էին կոչում։ Այդ գիրքը գտնվում էր Պապեի, իսկ հետագայում՝ նրա հարազատների տանը՝ տեղակայված գյուղի Սուրբ Հակոբ եկեղեցու հարևանությամբ։

Ժամանակի ընթացքում Պապեի ժառանգները բնակություն են հաստատում աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերում՝ իրենց հետ տանելով նաև Սուրբ գիրքը՝ Պապեի Նարեկը։

Սկսած 2010 թվականից, երբ կայացվեց գյուղի Սուրբ Հակոբ եկեղեցին վերակառուցելու որոշումը, որոշվեց նաև փլուզման եզրին գտնվող այդ տան տեղում կառուցել մատուռ, որտեղ հետագայում կդրվեր Պապեի Նարեկը։ 

Պապեի ժառանգների հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունքում՝ գիրքը տեղափոխվեց Հայաստան և շուրջ երկու տարի Մատենադարանում վերականգնողական աշխատանքներ անցնելուց հետո հատուկ պահպանման պայմաններում դրվեց Սուրբ Նարեկ մատուռում։

Ամեն տարի օգոստոսի վերջին կիրակի օրը Վարդենիս գյուղի Սուրբ Հակոբ եկեղեցում մատուցվելիք պատարագից առաջ հավատացյալները հոգևոր դասի առաջնորդությամբ շարժվում են դեպի Սուրբ Նարեկ մատուռ, որտեղից տարվա մեջ միայն այդ օրը դուրս է բերվում և Սուրբ Հակոբ եկեղեցի է տեղափոխվում հրաշագործ բժշկության Ավետարանը։
