SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ օգոստոսի 16-ին արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 11։10-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժին է զանգահարել Լուսինե Զ․-ն և հայտնել, որ իր պաշտպանյալ, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 57-ամյա Արարատ Խ․-ի պարտքատերը վերջինիս եղբոր «Ford» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Մարտունի քաղաքի «Ադանա» ռեստորանի մոտից բոլորի աչքի առաջ հափշտակել է։

Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ՝ ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Արարատ Խ․-ի եղբայրը, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 47-ամյա Արտակ Ա․-ն 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերից մինչև հուլիս ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 43-ամյա Արմեն Հ․-ին պատկանող Մարտունի քաղաքի Երևանյան փողոցի 26/43 հասցեում գտնվող «Ոսկե Դար» ոսկու սրահից պարտքով վերցրել է 808 հազար դրամի ոսկյա զարդեր և չկարողանալով այն վերադարձնել օգոստոսի 10-ին Մարտունի քաղաքի «Ադանա» հարսանյաց սրահում նշված պարտքի դիմաց Արարատ Հ․-ին է տվել իր կողմից օգտագործվող վերոնշյալ ավտոմեքենայի բանալիներ, որից հետո Արարատ Հ․-ն նշված ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխել է իր տան բակ:

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնում ձևակերպվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մարտունու քննչական բաժին:
