Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ աղավաղելով փաստերը։
Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ՀՅԴ անդամ Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը։
«Եվս մեկ անգամ հաստատում եմ, որ մարզահամերգային համալիրի տնօրինությունը փաստացի հրաժարվել է Սրբազան շարժման միջոցառման անցկացման համար դահլիճ տրամադրելուց։
Այս ընթացքում անընդհատ փորձել եմ կապ հաստատել տնօրինության հետ՝ հասկանալու մերժման պատճառները։
Ինձ հետ զրույցում մարզահամերգային համալիրի տնօրեն Կարեն Ղազարյանը մերժումը պատճառաբանել է այլ պայմանավորվածությունների առկայությամբ։ Առաջարկել եմ քննարկել այլ հնարավոր տարբերակներ։ Կարեն Ղազարյանը առաջարկել է հնարավոր տարբերակները քննարկել հանդիպման ընթացքում, որն այդպես էլ չի կայացել վերջինիս խուսափողական վարքագծի պատճառով։
Այսպիսով, փաստացի որևէ կերպ հնարավոր չի եղել դահլիճ ամրագրել Սրբազան պայքարի միջոցառման անցկացման համար։
Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՅԴ-ի միջոցառման անցկացման համար դահլիճ տրամադրելուն, ինչի մասին խոսում է Կարեն Ղազարյանը, հարկ եմ համարում նշել, որ ՀՅԴ-ն պաշտոնապես դիմել էր մարզահամերգային համալիրին՝ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին Արցախի անկախության օրվան նվիրված միջոցառում անցկացնելու համար, ձեռք էր բերվել համաձայնություն, անգամ կնքվել էր պայմանագիր։ Սակայն, պայմանագրի կնքումից մի քանի օր անց անտրամաբանական պատճառաբանությամբ մարզահամերգային համալիրի տնօրինությունը հրաժարվել է սեպտեմբերի 2-ին դահլիճ տրամադրել ՀՅԴ-ին միջոցառման անցկացման համար, պատճառաբանելով, որ ունեն այլ նախնական պայմանավորվածություններ։
Որպես այլընտրանք ներկայացրել են սեպտեմբերի 2-ին Արցախի անկախության օրվան նվիրված միջոցառումը սեպտեմբերի 4-ին անցկացնելու տարբերակը, որը մերժվել է հասկանալի պատճառներով։
Այսպիսով, մի քանի դրվագով մարզահամերգային համալիրի տնօրինությունը դրսևորել է անպատասխանատու վարքագիծ, անգամ խախտել է նախօրոք ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը և կնքված պայմանագիրը։
Վերոնշված փաստերը վկայում են այն մասին, որ խնդիրը ոչ թե հարմար օրերի, այլ մարզահամերգային համալիրի տնօրինության նախատրամադրվածության մեջ է,որով վերջիններս ցանկանում են սաբոտաժի ենթարկել ընդդիմադիր ուժերի կողմից կազմակերպվող միջոցառումները»,-գրել է նա:
