Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ակնհայտորեն պատրաստվում է նոր ընտրությունների, իսկ նրա գործողությունները լիովին տեղավորվում են նախընտրական տրամաբանության մեջ։ Կառավարության երեկվա նիստում որոշում է կայացվել ցրել Հանրային խորհրդի հին կազմը, իսկ նոր խորհուրդն իր կազմում կստեղծի փաստահավաք հանձնաժողով։

Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղեկալ Արմենուհի Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ այս նախագիծը բխում է անցումային արդարադատության և փաստահավաք գործունեության իրականացման քաղաքական խոստումից, որն իր արտացոլումն է գտել դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների ռազմավարության մեջ։

«Նախագծի նպատակն է խորհրդի կազմում ձևավորել փաստահավաք գործունեություն իրականացնող հանձնաժողով, որը կուսումնասիրի ՀՀ-ում 1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ից մինչև 2023 թվականը ներառյալ ժամանակահատվածում մարդու իրավունքների հիմնարար և պարբերաբար խախտումները և դրանց վերաբերյալ կկազմի փաստահավաք զեկույց»,– ասել է փոխնախարարը։

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է իրավաքաղաքական գնահատական տալ իրենից առաջ պաշտոնավարած նախագահներին, վարչապետներին, քաղաքական կուսակցություններին։ Հաշվի առնելով Փաշինյանի ու «նախկինների», մեղմ ասած, ոչ բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունները, կարելի է անվրեպ եզրակացնել, թե ինչ զեկույցներ է կազմելու փաստահավաք հանձնաժողովը։

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այդ հանձնաժողովի առանցքային խնդիրը լինելու է 44-օրյա պատերազմի մեղքն էլ նախկինների վրա բարդելը, նրանց տարբեր սխալներում մեղադրելը, որոնք հանգեցրել են պարտության։

ՔՊ-ում առայժմ չգիտեն, Փաշինյանը հերթական, թե արտահերթ ընտրությունների է գնում, բայց վստահ են, որ իշխանությունն ակտիվորեն պատրաստվում է ցանկացած սցենարի, իսկ նախկիններին գնահատական տալն այդ սցենարի դրվագներից մեկն է լինելու։
