«Մենք խաղաղության ենք գնում, ի՞նչ պատերազմ»

Արդեն 3 տարի է՝ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը մեծաքանակ զինվորականներով և զինտեխնիկայով ներխուժել է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք, դիքավորվել Սյունիքի մարզի Սև Լճի ապա Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Շորժա և Կութ բնակավայրերի տեղամասում։ Ամեն ինչ սկսվել է Թուրքիայի անթաքույց օգնությամբ 44-օրյա պատերազմում Ադրբեջանի տարած հաղթանակից հետո։
ՀՀ որոշ տարածքներ օկուպացնելուց հետո ադրբեջանական ուժերը կառուցել են մեծ ապաստարաններ, կատարել լայնածավալ ճանապարհաշինական և ամրաշինական աշխատանքներ։ Երեկ էլ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀՀ հետ բնագծի երկայնքով Ադրբեջանը կառուցում է 2-րդ գիծը։ Կութի վարչական ղեկավար Գրիգորի Ավակյանը MediaHub-ին ասաց, որ չնայած դիմահայաց սարերում են գտնվում ադրբեջանական դիրքերը, իրենք շարժին չեն հետևում, քանի որ Կութից տեսանելի չէ։
«Ես, 35 տարի է, այս գյուղում եմ ու գիտեմ, որ դիմացի բարձունքները մերն են, և դա չի քննարկվում։ Կութն աշխարհագրական դիրքով դաշտավայրային է, արտառոց շարժ ադրբեջանական կողմում չենք նկատել, մանավանդ, որ խոսքը 2-րդ գծի մասին է»,- ասաց նա։
Վարչական ղեկավարն ասաց, որ ադրբեջանցիների զբաղեցրած բարձունքներից դիտարկվում են անգամ Վարդենիս և Մարտունի բնակավայրերը՝ հարակից գյուղերով։
«Գյուղացիները զբաղված են բերքահավաքով, և նրանց խաղաղ առօրյան չի փոխվել, քանի որ հրադադարի պահպանման խախտումներ մեր ուղղությամբ չեն արձանագրվել»,- հավելեց Ավակյանը։
Գեղարքունիքի մարզում Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը դեռևս 2021 թվականի մայիսի ներխուժման ժամանակ մի քանի կիլոմետր առաջ էին եկել սահմանագծից։ Սյունիքում ևս նույն պատկերն է, սակայն Տեղի համայնքի ղեկավարը նոր էսկալացիայի ռիսկեր չի տեսնում, անգամ այն դեպքում, երբ ինքն էլ հավաստիացնում է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմն ինժեներական ու կահավորման աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում։
«Ես չգիտեմ՝ փորձագետներն ու քաղաքագետներն ինչ են ասում, բայց ես պատերազմի ռիսկեր չեմ տեսնում։ Մենք խաղաղության ենք գնում, ի՞նչ պատերազմ»,- ասաց Դավիթ Ղուլունցը՝ նշելով, որ 2021 թվականից, այո՛, ադրբեջանական կողմը ներխուժել է ՀՀ տարածք, և այդ դիրքերը, որտեղ հիմա ծածանվում է Ադրբեջանի դրոշը, պատկանում են Հայաստանին։
«Իրենք միշտ էլ ինժեներական աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում իրենց պոստերում, բայց դա չի նշանակում թե պատրաստվում են պատերազմի»,- ընդգծեց Ղուլունցը։
