Հայաստանի կառավարությունը չի մեկնաբանում ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյային

Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հատուկ հանձնարարություններով ներկայացուցիչ Էլչին Ամիրբեկովն օրերս սենսացիոն հայտարարություն էր արել, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Ադրբեջանի կառավարության ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկել է ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխության հարցը։ Ալիևի ներկայացուցիչը նշել էր, թե Բաքուն շարունակում է պնդել՝ առանց Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխության, առավել հստակ՝ առանց Մայր օրենքից Անկախության հռչակագրի հիշատակումը հանելու, Երևանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը չի ստորագրի։
Ըստ Ամիրբեկովի, հենց դա է խաղաղության գործընթացի միակ խոչընդոտն այս պահին։ «Մենք ուզում ենք վստահ լինել, որ Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիրն անհնարին կդարձնի ապագայում որևէ վերադարձ ռևանշիզմին կամ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային որևէ պահանջ, ինչի ականատեսն էինք։ Մեզ համար անընդունելի է, որ Հայաստանը խաղաղության բանակցություններին և պայմանագրի վերջնական ստորագրմանը վերաբերվում է որպես ժամանակ ձգելու մարտավարություն՝ իր ռազմական կարողություններն ամրապնդելու և այս պատմությունը վերստին սկսելու համար»,- ասել էր նա:
Պաշտոնական Երևանից արձագանքել էին, որ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը ՀՀ ներքին գործն է, բայց այդպես էլ որևէ մեկնաբանություն չէր եղել այն հատվածի կապակցությամբ, թե Փաշինյանն Ադրբեջանի կառավարության ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկում է ունեցել։
«Փաստինֆո»-ի գրավոր հարցումներին ի պատասխան էլ ՀՀ կառավարությունից չեն հերքել Էլչին Ամիրբեկովի հայտարարությունը։ Կառավարությունից հարցմանը պատասխանել են, որ «ՀՀ Սահմանադրության վերաբերյալ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դիրքորոշումը հրապարակային արտահայտվել է սույն թվականի մայիսի 7-ին տեղի ունեցած մամուլի ասուլիսում, ինչպես նաև այլ ճեպազրույցներում», իսկ ճեպազրույցներում Փաշինյանը խոսել է Սահմանադրությունը փոփոխելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Ավելին, մայիսի 7-ին Փաշինյանը չէր կարող անդրադառնալ Ամիրբեկովի օգոստոսի 6-ի հայտարարությանը, ինչից հետևում է, որ իսկապես Փաշինյանը ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու հարցը քննարկման առարկա է դարձրել այլ երկրի, տվյալ պարագայում՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ, ուստի և չեն հերքում։
