10-րդ դասարանում Հայոց Պատմություն կդասավանդեն ոչ թե դասագրքով, այլ ուսումնական նյութերով

Չնայած առկա բազմաթիվ դժգոհություններին այս տարվա դասագրքերի մրցույթից, նախարարությունը համոզված է՝ գրանցել են լավ արդյունքներ։ Մասնավորապես նախօրեին Շիրակի մարզում անցկացված օգոստոսյան խորհրդակցության ժամանակ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Ա․ Սվաջյանը նշել է, որ այս տարի հայտարարված դասագրքերի մրցույթում բավականին լավ արդյունքներ են գրանցվել, սակայն, այդուհանդերձ, որակական առումով դեռ աշխատելու տեղ կա: Ըստ նրա, դասագրքերն արդեն տպագրվել են. մի մասն առաքվել է դպրոցներ, մյուս մասը՝ առաքման փուլում է:
«Այնուամենայնիվ, կան առարկաներ, որոնց պարագայում նոր դասագրքեր չեն տպագրվել, քանի որ կա՛մ հայտարարված մրցույթին չեն ներկայացվել, կա՛մ՝ որակապես շատ թույլ են եղել՝ չեն համապատասխանել չափորոշչի պահանջներին, եւ ԿԳՄՍՆ-ի կողմից չեն երաշխավորվել: Խոսքը հիմնականում օտար լեզուների դասագրքերին է վերաբերում: Այդ առարկաների ուսումնական գործընթացը կկազմակերպվի հին դասագրքերով եւ առկա ուսումնական նյութերով»,-նշել է Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը:
Նա անդրադարձել է նաեւ «Հայոց պատմություն-10» առարկային, որի համար դասագրքի ստեղծման հայտ էր ներկայացրել մեկ կազմակերպություն` «Զանգակ-97» ՍՊԸ-ն, բայց ներկայացված դասագիրքը, չի երաշխավորվել ԿԳՄՍՆ-ի կողմից։ Մենք գրեցինք, որ դասագրքի հեղինակային կազմում ընդգրկված են ԳԱԱ Պատմության, Արեւելագիտության ինստիտուտների, Երեւանի պետական համալսարանի եւ Հայաստանի պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի մասնագետներ, պատմաբաններ։ Բավական մեծ խումբ, որոնց ստեղծած դասագիրքը նախարարությունը մերժել է առանց հիմնավոր բացատրության։ Ակնհայտորեն պատժելով նույն այն պատմաբաններին, որոնք անցած տարի մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացրին ու նախարարությունից մինչ օրս պահանջում են դպրոցներից հանել 7-րդ դասարանի Հայոց պատմության դասագիրքը։
Հետաքրքրական է, որ ԿԳՄՍՆ էջում արդեն գրվում է ոչ թե Հայոց, այլ՝ «Հայաստանի պատմություն-10» առարկա, որի համար, ըստ փոխնախարարի պատրաստվում են ուսումնական նյութեր, որոնք կբաժանվեն դպրոցներին, իսկ սեպտեմբերի սկզբին եռօրյա դասընթացներ կկազմակերպվեն պատմություն դասավանդող շուրջ 1500 ուսուցիչների համար: Նախարարի տեղակալն ընդգծել է՝ աստիճանաբար պետք է հրաժարվել ավագ դասարաններում մեկ դասագրքով ուսումնական գործընթացը կազմակերպելուց. ուսուցիչներին պետք է խրախուսել ուսումնական թղթապանակներ վարել:
