25․07․2024-ին մեկնարկել է Ամիօ Բանկի և ՄԼ Մայնինգ ընկերության համատեղ նախագիծը, որի շրջանակներում մի շարք շահառու խմբեր և Ամիօ Բանկի ֆիզիկական հաճախորդները կարող են 300 բնակարան ձեռք բերել լավագույն պայմաններով (1քմ-ն` 389 հազար դրամ)։

Դիմելու վերջնաժամկետը 25․08․2024-ն է, հետևաբար պետք է շտապել օգտվել շահավետ առաջարկից։  Մինչև հայտը լրացնելը կարևոր է իմանալ հետևյալ մանրամասները։

Առաջարկից կարող են օգտվել Երևան քաղաքում և մարզերում աշխատող հանրային ծառայողները, առողջապահության, կրթության, հանրային ծառայությունների, հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի աշխատակիցները (և´ մասնավոր, և´ պետական)։

Ամիօ Բանկը, շարունակելով ներկայացնել շուկայում լավագույն առաջարկները, հնարավորություն է ընձեռում իր հաճախորդներին՝ անկախ վերը նշված ոլորտներում աշխատելու հանգամանքից, մասնակցել վիճակահանությանը:

Կարևոր է իմանալ, որ ՀՀ Կառավարության 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 19-ի թիվ 1826-Ն որոշմամբ հենց համալիրի նույն՝ 3-րդ բլոկում է իրականացվել հանրային ծառայողներին մատչելի բնակարանով ապահովման ծրագիրը։

Բարձրակարգ նյութերով կառուցվող համալիրի ընդհանուր մակերեսը 80,000 քմ է, 1-ին և 2-րդ բլոկների շինարարության ավարտը նախատեսվում է 2025 թվականին, իսկ 3-րդ բլոկինը՝ 2027 թվականին։

Ամիօ Բանկին է պատկանում նաև թաղամսի 3-րդ բլոկի վարկավորման էքսկլյուզիվ իրավունքը։ 

Վիճակահանության արդյունքում շահած բոլոր մասնակիցները կարող են ձևակերպել իրենց հիփոթեքային վարկը հետևյալ պայմաններով.

  • Տարեկան անվանական տոկոսադրույքը եկամուտների հիմնավորմամբ` 12.9%
  • Տարեկան փաստացի տոկոսադրույքը եկամուտների հիմնավորմամբ` 13.78-14.49%
  • Վարկի ժամկետ՝ մինչև 20 տարի
  • Կանխավճար՝ 10%
