Փաշինյանն ապահովելու է տեսարանները. շեղել հանրության ուշադրությունը

2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունը պատկերավոր կարելի է նկարագրել որպես «ձախողված տեսարանների բեմադրում»։ Այդ ձախողումները բնավ չեն մտահոգում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որը լավ է ճանաչում իր ընտրազանգվածին, շարունակում է տեսարաններով զբաղեցնել մարդկանց։
Այդ տեսարանների մեջ ամենևին էլ պակաս դերակատարում չունեն «նախկինները», որոնց դեմ ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման գործեր են հարուցել, հարյուրներով ուղարկել դատարաններ, ապահովում են լրահոսում նախկին իշխանավորների թալանի մասին լուրերը, հանրությանն էլ խաբում, թե այդ ունեցվածքը վերադարձնելու են։
Այժմ դատարանում ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման 109 հայցադիմում է քննվում, որոնցով հօգուտ պետության պահանջվում է բռնագանձել ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող շուրջ 1150 անշարժ և 225 շարժական գույք, տեղեկացանք դատախազությունից։
Ընդհանրապես 2020 թվականից ի վեր դատախազությունը կատարել է ապօրինի գույքի ավելի քան 500 ուսումնասիրություն, դատարան ուղարկել 161 անձի վերաբերյալ գործ՝ պահանջելով պետությանը վերադարձնել մոտ 1 միլիարդ 440 միլիոն դոլար։ Չնչին մի քանի տարածքներ է վերադարձվել պետությանը, մյուսների ճակատագիրն էլ դեռ անհայտ է։
Վերջին օրերին իշխանությունները մի քանի նոր գործերի մասին են հայտարարել՝ արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյան, Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի նախկին ղեկավար Արտակ Շաբոյան, Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբայր Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյան։ Բոլոր այս գործերի նպատակը մեկն է՝ կրկին ապօրինի գույքի վիճահարույց օրենքով հանրությանը շեղել երկրի առջև ծառացած լրջագույն խնդիրներից։
Ի դեպ, Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովը պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանին տուգանել է 100 հազար դրամով՝ կապված նրա՝ ՔՊ վարչության նախագահ լինելու ընթացքում թույլ տրված վարչական իրավախախտման հետ։ Պապիկյանը չի պահպանել բոլոր դրամական վճարումներն անկանխիկ հաշվարկով կատարելու պահանջը և կուսակցության քարտային հաշվից կատարել է 11 մլն 387 հազար դրամով կանխիկացումներ։ Քրեական գործ, իհարկե, չի լինելու, բավարարվել են չնչին մի տուգանքով։
