Координатор созданного в январе текущего года Комитета по защите фундаментальных прав народа Арцаха Вардан Осканян и члены Комитета завершили второй этап встреч, которые на этот раз были проведены в  основном в Швейцарии. Политические деятели Арцаха ждут встречи с Осканяном.  Эта поездка внесет определенность   относительно того, есть ли  шансы на возвращение в Арцах или же усилия напрасны. Несколько месяцев назад

Осканян также  был в зарубежной поездке, где провел  десятки встреч с различными армянскими и европейскими политическими деятелями, представителями международных структур,  в том числе со специальным представителем ЕС по Южному Кавказу и кризису в Грузии Тойво Клааром. Напомним, что Комитет был создан парламентом Арцаха и призван заниматься вопросами коллективной репатриации и защиты фундаментальных прав народа Арцаха. Мы также узнали, что для обеспечения преемственности арцахских государственных институтов политики Арцаха обсуждают вопрос формирования профессиональной группы юристов, которые предложат решения в случае, если в следующем году не удастся сформировать новый парламент путем общенациональных выборов, была возможность продлить полномочия парламента по решению самих законодателей.
