ՀՀ-ից որևէ պատվիրակություն չպետք է մասնակցի COP 29-ին, մասնակցելիս պետք է խոսել հայ գերիների հարցից. Իշխան Սաղաթելյան

ՀՅԴ ԳՄ անդամ, ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը գրում է․
«Նոյեմբերին Բաքվում COP 29-ի շրջանակներում ականատես ենք լինելու Ադրբեջանի կողմից փաստերի ու իրադարձությունների նենգափոխման, միջազգային հանրության աչքում սեփական ցեղասպան դիմագիծը փրկելու, պատերազմական հանցագործություններից միջազգային ուշադրությունը շեղելու ադրբեջանական շոուին, որը, համոզված եմ, ուղեկցվելու է հայ ժողովրդի ու նրա արժանապատվությունը վիրավորող հերթական քայլերով։
Ամեն դեպքում, նոյեմբերին Բաքուն հյուրընկալելու է միջազգային հազարավոր պատվիրակների՝ այդ թվում բարձր ու բարձրագույն մակարդակի (պետությունների ու կառավարությունների ղեկավարներ)։
Խորհրդաժողովին մասնակցելու են միջազգային քաղաքական, իրավապաշտպան, բնապահպանական հարյուրավոր կազմակերպություններ, փորձագետներ, լրատմավիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներ։
Ադրբեջանական շոուն ամբողջացնելու համար դրան պակասելու է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտոնական մասնակցությունը, որի պարագայում Բաքվի բռնապետը իրեն ավելի հաստատուն կերպով կդիրքավորի իբրև տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությանն ու համակեցությանը միտված առաջնորդի։
Հայաստանի մասնակցությունը կօգնի լեգիտիմացնելու ադրբեջանական շոուն, նպաստելու այդ ցեղասպան երկրի միջազգային ընկալունակության բարձրացմանը։
Վերջերս Եվրոպական միության օրենսդիր և գործադիր իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպումների ընթացքում կարևորել եմ COP 29-ին ընդառաջ Ադրբեջանի վրա միջազգային ճնշման ուժեղացումը` մասնավորապես Բաքվում պահվող Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ու պահվող այլ անձանց անհապաղ ազատ արձակման և ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքից ադրբեջանական օկուպացիոն ուժերի դուրս բերման համատեքստում։
Արդեն տևական ժամանակահատված է, որ այս ուղղությամբ լայնածավալ աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում Հայ դատի համաշխարհային ցանցը։
Այս ուղղությամբ դրվատանքի արժանի աշխատանք է իրականացնում նաև Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի առաջին գլխավոր դատախազ, մեր ժողովրդի մեծ բարեկամ Լուիս Մորենո Օկամպոն, ով հանդես եկավ նաև աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանն ուղղված կոչով։
Կարևոր եմ համարում ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հնարավոր մասնակցության և պարտվածի հոգեբանությամբ նրանց կանխատեսելի քաղաքական վարքի պայմաններում մեր այն գործընկերները, ովքեր պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել մինչև COP 29-ը և դրա ընթացքում հանդես գալ հստակ դիրքորոշումներով, ունենալու են տրամաբանական կաշկանդվածություն դիրքորոշումների արտահայտման հարցում։
Ուստի, Հայաստանը ներկայացնող որևէ պատվիրակություն, չպետք է մասնակցի COP 29-ին, իսկ մասնակցելու դեպքում, պետք է հստակ բարձրաձայնի Արցախում տեղի ունեցած էթնիկ զտման, բռնի ուժով տեղահանության, իրականցրած ցեղասպան քաղաքականության և Բաքվի բանտերում պահվող ռազմագերիների անհապաղ ազատ արձակման մասին։
Հակառակ պարագայում Հայաստանի օրվա իշխանությունը հերթական անգամ կփորձի լեգիտիմացնել Բաքվի բռնապետի ագրեսոր և հակահայ քաղաքականությունը»։
