Զոհրապ Եգանյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մասնավոր մանկապարտեզներն ավելի թանկ են, քան մեր բուհերը
Երևանում և խոշոր քաղաքներում գործում են մասնավոր մանկապարտեզներ, որտեղ ամեն երեխայի համար գանձվող գումարը հասնում է ամսական մինչև 110 հզ դրամի (Սա անձնական դիտարկում է, հնարավոր է, ավելի թանկ տեղեր կան): Այսինքն տարեկան կտրվածքով այն կազմում է շուրջ 1մլն 320հզ դրամ: Իհարկե ամեն ծնող իրավունք ունի իր երեխայի համար ծախսել այնքան գումար, որքան ցանկանում է, բայց հետաքրքիր է, որ նման մանկապարտեզներ հաճախող երեխաները շատ են և ազատ տեղեր գրեթե չկան: Փաստորեն բարձրագույն կրթությունը մեր երկրում ավելի էժան է, քան ոչ համայնքապատկան մանկապարտեզի վարձը: Հայաստանում ամենաբարձր ուսման վարձ սահմանած բուհը բժշկական համալսարանն է 800հզ դրամ (չհաշված Դեղագիտական ֆակուլտետ՝ 580.000դր), ուսման բարձր վարձատրություն կա նաև այլ բուհերի առանձին ֆակուլտետներում: Կարծիքներն իհարկե բազմաթիվ են՝ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր պնդում են, որ պետք է բարձրացվի ուսման վարձը և այդ դեպքում կբարձրանա ուսման որակը և ավելի կենսունակ կդառնան բուհերը, կա նաև կարծիք, որ գները բարձրացնելու դեպքում ուսնողության թիվը կպակասի, ինչը կբերի բուհերի քանակի կրճատմանը, սա իհարկե այլ հարց է, բայց որ մասնավոր մանկապարտեզները ֆինանսապես ավելի բարվոք վիճակում են, քան մեր բուհերը, դա մեղմ ասած զարմանալի է))):
