Պուտինի «հայկական» մեսսիջը՝ Բաքվից. Սուրեն Սուրենյանց

Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել են.
«Պուտինի «հայկական» մեսսիջը՝ Բաքվից
Մոսկվան ուրախ կլիներ, եթե կարողանար ինչ-որ բան անել խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրման համար, ըստ «Ռիա Նովոստի» գործակալության, Բաքվում ասել է Պուտինը։
Նա նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ պատրաստվում է Բաքվի բանակցությունների արդյունքների մասին պատմել նաև վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։
Ենթադրում եմ, որ Պուտինն ու Ալիևը հանգել են ինչ-որ համաձայնությունների, որոնց մասին Ռուսաստանի նախագահը պետք է տեղյակ պահի Հայաստանի վարչապետին: Մի քանի ժամ առաջ, նախորդ գրառումներից մեկում նկատել էի, որ Ադրբեջանը չի շտապում «վերջնական ընտրություն» կատարել Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի, Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև, այլ ակտիվ քաղաքականությամբ բոլորի համար մեծացնում է իր ռազմավարական նշանակությունը:
Հիմա վերահաստատում եմ իմ այդ դիրքորոշումը, ինչը, սակայն, չի նշանակում, որ այս պահին Մոսկվան և Բաքուն առնվազն չեն կարող հանգել ընդհանուր մի օրակարգի:
Ալիևը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից կորզել է բանակցություններն առանց միջնորդների՝ ուղղակի, անցկացնելու համաձայնությունը ու հազիվ թե հակված լինի դրանք տեղափոխել ռուսական հարթակ: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Ալիևն առնվազն չի ցանկանա ռուսական միջնորդությունը մերժողի «առաքելությունն» իր վրա վերցնել՝ այն հաշվարկով, որ Փաշինյանը «հակառուսական» գծի մեջ է:
Արդյո՞ք այս ամենը Փաշինյանն ու նրա շրջապատը հաշվարկել են, թե՞ դարձյալ լսելու ենք դավադրապաշտական հեքիաթներ «ռուս-ադրբեջանական հակահայկական գործարքի» մասին, որն ուղեկցվելու է Վաշինգտոնին ու Բրյուսելին մատուցվող «հակառուսական ստրիպտիզով»:
Ի վերջո, միջազգային հարաբերությունները էթիկայի սեմինար չեն, որտեղ առաջնորդվենք ինչ-որ երկրի սիրելու կամ ատելու կատեգորիաներով:
Շարունակում եմ պնդել, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում ամենաարդյունավետ միջնորդները կարող են լինել տարածարջանի երկրները, այդ թվում և առաջին հերթին՝ Ռուսաստանը: Ու այստեղ բացարձակապես կապ չունեն մեր պրիմիտիվ աշխարհաքաղաքական «սիմպատիաները»: Ի դեպ, այսօր Իրանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Նասեր Քանանին գրեթե բաց տեքստով ասել է, որ խանդավառված չեն Հայաստանում ամերիկյան ներկայության ուժեղացմամբ»:
