ՀՀԿ-ն ՀՅԴ-ին ու ԲՀԿ-ին քաղաքական աղբանոց ուղարկելուց առաջ, օգտագործում է վերջին անգամ

Արթուր Վահանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Պետք է խոստովանել, որ Դաշնակցությունը հայտնվել է ծայրահեղ ծանր իրավիճակում: Հիմա այդ ուժը այն վիճակում չէ, որ թելադրի իր պայմանները Սերժ Սարգսյանին: Մնում է բավարարվել Նախագահի տված փշրանքներով` մի 2 նախարար, մի 2 մարզպետ, մի քանի այլ պաշտոններ: Չնայած նրան, որ Դաշնակցությունը մինչև խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կտիրապետի որոշակի վարչական և ֆինանսական ռեսուրսների, այդ կուսակցությունը ոչ մի շանս չունի անցնելու խորհրդարան, քանի որ այս տարիների ընթացքում մաշել է իր ողջ քաղաքական կապիտալը, հասարակությունը այդ ուժին արդեն ասոցացնում է միմիայն քաղաքական առևտրականի հետ:
ՀՅԴ-ն մի շանս ունի անցնելու խորհրդարան, եթե Սերժ Սարգսյանը դա ցանկանա, բայց կարծում եմ Նախագահը դա չի ցանկանա, քանի որ նրան ու ՀՀԿ-ն ավելորդ ուտող բերան պետք չէ:
Դաշնակցությունից ավելի վատ վիճակում է ԲՀԿ-ն, որը Փետրվարյան հայտնի դեպքերից հետո անցավ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կուռացիայի տակ: Հիմա ԲՀԿ-ն անում է այն, ինչ նրան թելադրում են Բաղրամյան 26-ից: ԲՀԿ-ն, մինչ Ծառուկյանի թագավորելը, մոլի պայքար էր մղում Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների դեմ, Ծառուկյանից հետո մոլի պայքար էր մղում Սահմանադրության անցկացման համար: ԲՀԿ-ն նույնիսկ կողմ քվեարկեց 2016թ. դատարկ ու անիմաստ բյուջեին, այլապես Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարող էր նորից բանփել:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը, եթե ՀՅԴ-ի հետ որոշակի քննարկումներ անում է, ապա ԲՀԿ-ին բանի տեղ էլ չի դնում, քանի որ այդ կուսակցությունը, ավելի ճիշտ կուսակցության տնազը ոչինչ իրենից չի ներկայացնում: Վահան Բաբայանը, Միքայել Մելքումյանը իրենց բերանով արդեն ասել են, որ դեմ չեն կոալիցիային, բայց Սերժ Սարգսյանը չի շտապում ԲՀԿ-ին ևս կոալիցիա բերելու: Այդուհանդերձ կարծում եմ թե ՀՅԴ-ի և թե ԲՀԿ-ի հետ կամ կոալիցիա, կամ ինչ-որ ձևաչափով միավորում կլինի, քանի որ ՀՀԿ-ն նրանց քաղաքական աղբանող ուղարկելուց առաջ, պետք է, կարծում եմ, վերջին անգամ օգտագործի, մի քիչ էլ վարձատրի Սահմանադրությանը սատարելու և բյուջեին քվեարկելու համար:
Ամփոփելով արձանագրենք, որ առնվազն մեկ տարի հետո Հայաստանի ևս 2 կուսակցություն` ՀՅԴ-ն ու ԲՀԿ-ն կլքեն քաղաքական արենան` մինչ այդ անիմաստ կոալիցիայում մսխելով իրենց քաղաքական կապիտալի մնացած փշրանքները:
