Պուտինի այցի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը սրում է իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն օգոստոսի 18-ի երեկոյան երկօրյա պաշտոնական այցով ժամանել է Բաքու։ Այցի հիմնական օրվա ծրագիրը մեկնարկում է այսօր։ Սա Պուտինի և Ալիևի երրորդ անձնական հանդիպումն է 2024 թվականին։ Գլխավոր միջոցառումը լինելու է երկկողմ բանակցությունների երկու փուլերը, որոնք կանցկացվեն նեղ և ընդլայնված ձևաչափերով։
Նշվում է, որ ՌԴ նախագահի` Բաքու պետական այցի շրջանակում Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ու Իլհամ Ալիևն ի թիվս այլ հարցերի կքննարկեն նաև տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային խնդիրներ, այդ թվում՝ հայ–ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման թեման։ ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի ծառայությունն այցից առաջ հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, նշել, թե Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը պատրաստ է շարունակել հնարավոր աջակցություն ցուցաբերել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործում։ «Առանցքային խնդիրները մնում են խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը, հայ–ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման գործընթացի խթանումը, ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակումն ամենաբարձր մակարդակով 2020-2022 թթ. ձեռք բերված եռակողմ համաձայնագրերի հիման վրա»,- ասվում է փաստաթղթում։
Մինչ ՌԴ նախագահը բանակցություններ է վարում, Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրել հայկական կողմին։ Վերջին մեկ շաբաթում Բաքուն հինգ անգամ Հայաստանին մեղադրել է հրադադարի ռեժիմը խախտելու մեջ։ Միայն երեկ մեղադրել են Նախիջևանի Ջուղայի շրջանում և Վարդենիսի շրջանի դիրքերից Քելբաջարի՝ ադրբեջանական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ կրակելու համար։
Հայկական կողմը բավարարվում է ընդամենը հերքումներ տարածելով, իսկ «գերագույն գլխավոր» հրամանատարը «Իրական Հայաստանի» մասին անորակ ոտանավոր է երկնում, ասես մեր շուրջ ոչինչ տեղի չի ունենում։
