Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն հայտարարել է, որ եթե Կիևն ու Մոսկվան չնստեն բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ, ապա սրացում կլինի, որը կավարտվի Ուկրաինայի կործանմամբ։
«Պետք է նստել բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ և քննարկել հարցերը։ Բայց եթե դա տեղի ունենա, ինչպես Կուրսկում, դա կլինի սրացում, որը կավարտվի Ուկրաինայի կործանմամբ», – ասել է Լուկաշենկոն «Ռոսիա» հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում:
Բելառուսի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինայի հարցով բանակցությունները պետք է սկսվեն այնտեղ, որտեղ ավարտվել են Ստամբուլում։
«Եկեք նստենք բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ և ավարտենք այս կռիվը. ո՛չ ուկրաինացիներին, ո՛չ ռուսներին, ո՛չ բելառուսներին դա պետք չէ… Մենք պետք է նստենք բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ, հարցն այն է, թե որտեղից է ճիշտ սկսել. այնտեղից, որտեղ մենք դադարեցինք Ստամբուլում»,- ասել է նա։
Մոսկվան բազմիցս նշել է, որ պատրաստ է բանակցությունների, սակայն Կիևը օրենսդրական մակարդակով արգելք է դրել դրանց վրա։
Արևմուտքը Ռուսաստանին բանակցությունների կոչ է անում, ինչին Մոսկվան պատրաստակամություն է ցուցաբերում, իսկ Արևմուտքն անտեսում է երկխոսությունից Կիևի մշտական հրաժարումները։
