Համաշխարհային պարտքը հասել է նոր ռեկորդի

2024 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում համաշխարհային պարտքը հասել է նոր ռեկորդի՝ ընդամենը երեք ամսում աճելով 1,3 տրլն դոլարով՝ հասնելով 315,1 տրիլիոն դոլարի։
Զարգացած տնտեսություն ունեցող երկրներում այս ցուցանիշի աճի մեջ ամենամեծ ներդրումն ունեցել են ԱՄՆ-ը և Ճապոնիան, իսկ զարգացող երկրներում՝ Չինաստանը, Հնդկաստանը և Մեքսիկան։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, համաշխարհային պարտքի հարաբերակցությունը համաշխարհային ՀՆԱ-ին կազմում է 333%, հաղորդում է ProFinance-ը։
Covid-19 համավարակի սկզբից համաշխարհային պարտքն աճել է 21%-ով՝ ավելանալով 54,1 տրիլիոն դոլարով։
Այսօր համաշխարհային պարտքի ամենամեծ մասնաբաժինը պատկանում է ոչ ֆինանսական կորպորացիաներին (94,1 տրլն դոլար), մինչդեռ պետական փոխառությունները երկրորդ տեղում են (91,4 տրիլիոն դոլար): Ֆինանսական հատվածի պարտքը կազմում է 70,4 տրլն դոլար, իսկ տնային տնտեսություններինը՝ 59,1 տրիլիոն դոլար։
ԱՄՆ-ում պետական պարտքի սպասարկման ծախսերն արդեն գերազանցում են պաշտպանական ծախսերը, իսկ տոկոսավճարները կշարունակեն աճել։ Հետևաբար, Սպիտակ տունը, հավանաբար, ստիպված կլինի բարձրացնել հարկերը կամ կրճատել ծախսերը: Առայժմ ԱՄՆ քաղաքական կուսակցություններից ոչ մեկը հստակ ռազմավարություն չունի երկրի հարկաբյուջետային անկայունության խնդիրը լուծման հարցում։
Զարգացող շուկաների համար ավելացող պարտքային բեռն ավելի լուրջ ռիսկեր է պարունակում: Այս ռիսկերը հատկապես բարձր են, եթե երկիրը բարձր տոկոսադրույքների պայմաններում դանդաղ տնտեսական աճ է գրանցում: Նման սցենարի դեպքում շատ զարգացող երկրներ կարող են կարիք ունենալ վերակառուցել իրենց պարտքը, քանի որ նոր փոխառություններն անհասանելի կդառնան:
Առավել տագնապալի է այն փաստը, որ զարգացող երկրների մոտ մեկ երրորդը դեռ չի վերականգնվել համավարակից հետո, և դրանցում մեկ շնչին բաժին ընկնող եկամուտը ցածր է 2019 թվականին դիտված մակարդակից։ 2024 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում զարգացող երկրների պարտքը հասել է ռեկորդային 105 տրիլիոն դոլարի՝ վերջին 10 տարվա ընթացքում աճելով 55 տրիլիոն դոլարով:
