Հայաստանում կայացվել է վարորդական իրավունքի զրկման ավելի քան 23 հազար որոշում

Հայաստանում 2020 թվականից առ այսօր Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության և Պարեկային ծառայության կողմից կայացվել է վարորդական իրավունքի զրկման ավելի քան 23 հազար որոշում:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից:
«2023 թվականին Կախվածությունների բուժման ազգային կենտրոնում իրականացվել է 175 անձի սթափության վիճակի գնահատում, 134-ի փորձանմուշում արձանագրվել է 0,2 գրամ լիտրից բարձր քանակությամբ էթանոլ: 2024 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում հետազոտվել է 134 անձ, որոնցից 106-ի մոտ է արձանագրվել նույն քանակությունը: Մեկ լիտր արյան մեջ 0,2 գրամից ավելի էթանոլի առկայությունը վկայում է, որ անձը գտնվում է ոչ սթափ վիճակում: Այս դեպքում նշանակվում է տուգանք` նվազագույն աշխատավարձի քսանիննապատիկի չափով և տուգանային 4 միավորի կիրառում»,-ասված է հաղորդագրությունում:
Կախվածությունների բուժման ազգային կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սուրեն Նազինյանի խոսքով՝ արյան մեջ 0,2 գրամ-լիտրից բարձր քանակի ալկոհոլ դիտվում է, օրինակ, մեկ բաժակ օղի գործածելուց հետո: Իսկ եթե արյան մեկ լիտրում էթանոլի քանակությունը բարձր է մեկ գրամից` վարորդը մեկ տարի ժամկետով զրկվում է տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու իրավունքից: 2023 թվականին մեկ գրամից ավելի էթանոլ հայտնաբերվել է 93 անձի, իսկ 2024 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում` 60 անձի արյան մեջ:
ՆԳՆ-ից շեշտում են, որ կան վարորդներ, որոնք հրաժարվում են պարեկային ծառայողի կողմից առաջարկվող` «ալկոթեստի» միջոցով սթափության վիճակի զննությունից, փորձում են ամեն կերպ ժամանակ շահել, հնարավորինս ուշ անցնել թեստավորում, որպեսզի այդ ընթացքում նվազի արյան մեջ էթանոլի քանակությունը: Սակայն ներկայացվել է առաջարկություն, որն արդեն քննարկումների փուլում է: Ըստ այդ առաջարկի՝ «ալկոթեստի» միջոցով սթափության վիճակի զննությունից խուսափելու դեպքում անձը տեղում անմիջապես կզրկվի տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու իրավունքից:
